Great service for great price

Has the basic necessities, albeit not a lot of name brands. Its usually well stocked, has meat (a wide array actually) and fresh produce and great prices. The staff is also quite friendly.

This little Save-a-lot has numbered days, large development coming up. But get the deals while you can. Nice meats, lunchmeats and veggies. Bottled water.79, $1loaf of bread. Some brand names and excellent felt reusable shopping bags $1.49. Big, strong and can be washed.

Great friendly staff and customer service. One of my favorite places to go, but dont nobody want 20 people asking them for money every time they enter or exit

Has all your basic necessities. You can find some good deals in here as well. There is a lot of off brand things but they do have some name brands. Some are just as good as the name brand if not better. They generally only have 1 or 2 cashiers working though so sometimes the lines can get back up

Save a lot in my opinion are good for fresh fruit and fresh veggies and brand name product that are on sale.

Dont get me wrong Ive been a customer since the store opened on Sargent Rd. In Hyattsville Maryland, Im just not too fond of the Rhode Island Ave., location. Sargent road was my home store.

Closing December 19 So They Didnt Have Much But I Got What I Needed.This Store Is One Of Many Stores That Have Been Forced To Close Because Somebody Wants To Tear It Down && Build Something Stupid

And thats exactly what you do in there you save a lot but you buy a lot they have all sorts of stuff in that even Furniture house with home with speakers all kind of stuff going to check it out

Its a small place some items are really good prices and mostly produce is good price to shop here.

Lashawn my cashier was very pleasant. I like going through her line. The meat guys are the best and keep it fully stocked.

Great prices for groceries. The quality of the food isnt always the best, but that can be expected considering how much one paid. Generally fairly clean and the employees are usually friendly.

Shopping here saves a great deal of money. Almost everything here that isnt name brand taste like its pricey counterparts. Not a huge selection of produce but its normally good quality. Same goes for the meats. Only gripe is they stopped selling a few Murrays products my kids loved but they have introduced other items they like so its not that bad. Here vs Giant I pay half price for the same quality of food. Shop here vert often. My go to for major grocery shopping.

I went there and brought every thing neededAnd when i couldnt find something guy wentBack in the back of store and got it for me.

On December26th I went tothe Sav a Lot store located @ 514 Rhode Island Ave. N.E. washington D.c. store#8044.I felt discriminated against. AsIpaid for my merchandise at the register. I was .10 cents short and the customer behind me a dollar bill I gave it to the cashier. I asked her for my change she said that she gave it to the guy. I said I gave it to you so you suppose to put it back in my hand. her attitude was horrible. She said have a nice day. Im disabled. In a wheelchair . as I was leaving me and my aide the cashier said thats why you are in a wheelchair. I was and I am still bothered by that statement. I contacted corporate to make a complaint and they tried bribe me with a gift card. Also the cashier hadno name tag on. Shewas the only casher so they can look at the schedule to seewho was working. I looked on the receipt to see if the cashier name was on it and it is not it says cashier#109 and the time was10:34a.m.

This store has the worst customer service skills. The store manager Micheal is rude and very unprofessional. The managers has no respect for the customers shopping.

Super bad service attitude…When I finished pay, the cashier gave me the receipt, threw a bag into my shopping cart, pushed my car away, and so on. I really question whether the service personnel here have received professional training…… never see bad the than like this！
