Great experience. Traveling in town and was able to purchase no hassle with my Ohio Med Card. It was pouring down rain and I was completely lost. I called for directions and the receptionist literally walked me thru the commute! The entire staff, from sales to reception are friendly, informative and very welcoming. Good selection as well! Will definitely visit when in town again.

First time ever being able to actually go to a dispensary, really excited didnt work due not having a medical card. My state does have medical THC at all. So i was turned away, according to what ive read its up the dispensary and budtender. She was rude curt and kinda B$@?!. So no do NOT recommend this one lots more in town besides this one. Whats said is my back has had mutliple fractures. 🤯😒🤔

Awesome selection and service. They always have house bud available at a great price, and they do deli style sales, down to the dollar. Really great product and its clear they care about their patients!

I really cant say. I walked into a small room that was completely barren almost. Drywall was still in construction phase. It was mudded but, not textured or painted. The floor was bare concrete. There was a single desk and computer on the desk. There was a woman behind the desk who asked for our medical Marijuana cards. We didnt have any so they couldnt help us. There was a hallway which led off to the right. Maybe everything was back there. If I ever get in Ill repost

My 1st visit:It was tucked into a building that had me 2nd guessing where Id ended up...... no sign out front for this business. I made it in & the receptionist was friendly & welcoming. I jumped on the elevator and made my way to the 3rd floor where after a couple doors....I walked into a well lit room with many friendly staff! The prices were fair but the selection of edibles lacked for me..... this is why Im giving a 4🌟 review- otherwise everything else was lovely! Ill be back🤘🏽

The woman answering the phone is unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I had a pretty simple question and definitely got the feeling I was inconveniencing her. Maybe hire someone else to handle front desk and phones as obviously the woman you have in this position is a major B**ch and cant be bothered to do her job. Wont even waste my money and time here and suggest you do the same. Anacostia Organics and Takoma Wellness are far better and actually care about customers.

Apparently there are no recreational dispensaries in the area, for people coming out of town is confusing as this place pops up in results for recreational marihuana. The woman at the front desk was rude.

Hands down probably my favorite place in DC maybe even Maryland sometimes this dispensary has some top quality medicine that is always fresh and in a deli style so you can see and smell everything!!! I absolutely love all of the staff here they are so nice, and they also all our pretty knowledgeable about a lot of questions you may have!!! Weeded despenser and friendly staff

First time here. Was not sure of the marijuana laws in Washington but thought I would give the dispensary at go anyways! Was greeted by a security guard at the main entrance. She asked us where we were going. When I said 3rd floor she asked to see my license. Thats when I told her I didnt have one but we were from out of town. I then asked her if there were any recreational dispensaries and she said that Washington has not approved marijuana for recreational use so its only by license right now. Thanked her and left.

I left feeling mislead and unsatisfied. It took so long going back and forth with the workers that I received a parking ticket. It was my first visit, so I was not allowed to make a transaction until people who entered the dispensary after me were serviced. Beware the bait and switch. Their menu is not updated. I asked for flower from the menu online; and I was told they were sold out. I asked for flower from the menu I was shown in store, and again I was told they were sold out. Even though the menu on both their television and tablet said otherwise. Randomly the receptionist pulled out a small amount of the flower I was told had sold out. The experience was way too drawn out and unpleasant. I was only able to get 50% of what I wanted to purchase due to lack of inventory. It took more than thirty minutes for a simple transaction and I ended up getting a ticket because Herbal Alternatives does not have their business together. I have never seen a dispensary where flower is weighed out in the open in front of patients. This process is very unsanitary and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and try any other dispensary. The time stamp on my receipt was also wrong by 2 hours. 10/10 for unpleasant experience.)

The Flowers were out of this world! Vape Carts whoa! Everything you could possibly need, the Lavender Lotion great for pain.. Prior to signing up I reviewed various dispensaries and was literally getting ready to commit to MWC due to a friends recommendation. After realizing their prices are higher along with every other shop, (asides from this one) I decided to settle with H.A. I do not regret my choice at all, the setting of the dispensary alone gives a clean, office type of feel. Has the essence of a medical setting, instead of smelling the usual hospital/dentist office smell, you get hit with a mixture of the various herbs. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very good selection as well.

Okay. So I am not a person to normally leave reviews, but there is no way I could go without doing so after my visit today. It was my first time there, and of course I was a little nervous. I was greeted with such a welcoming feel from all of the staff and Frankie worked me directly. I had a zillion questions, and she had an answer for every single one. She educated me on a ton of strains she thought would be best for my condition. Her customer service seemed too good to be true - she should host some sort of customer service class for some of these cell phone companies haha In all seriousness, she was just someone you could talk to forever. Even the other patients that came in were really friendly and just a good vibe all the way around. I did a lot of research before picking them, and it was surely worth it. They have a great menu and good quality product!

This is hands down the best dispensary in DC and the only one in the city that serve you in front of you. I love this because is more personal and you can always see the weight of the medicine in front of you( is never pre-packed like the other dispensarys). The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable ( Frankie is the best 😃). And they always have the best specials in the DC area.
