I visited this afternoon after a birthday brunch on the waterfront and it was a great visit, as always. Immediately upon walking in, Ellie & Alex welcomed me in and Alex became a major helping hand as I was picking out items! This is the closest Kendra Scott to me, but its still and hour away, so Ellie and Alex were kind enough to offer me the opportunity to call the store directly to purchase pieces versus going online (we love a shortened shipping timeline). Overall, I had an excellent time shopping and Alex was an absolute joy!

Parking sucks, though that isn’t their fault. The jewelry is gorgeous. A lot of statement pieces for reasonable prices (for the quality, and for what you’re getting and where you’re shopping). If you come the month of your birthday and show your ID, you get 50% off the highest priced item! On the other hand, none of their earrings have locking backs which is silly. I’m not paying $90 for earrings with plastic backings. For me, this is strictly a place to buy necklaces, and every piece is divine.

Very Friendly, helping staff. Price are cheap and discountable . Its a really nice shop to get your ornaments. I would definitely suggest a try.

While I was dropping my mother off at Georgetown for her morning of shopping an employee from Kendra Scott store laid on her horn for me move my car so she could park her car. There were plenty of space in front of my car and several spaces down the block. If this is type of entitled attitude to expect from this store, then buyer beware. First impressions are very important especially to my mother.

I love Kendra Scott Jewelry and I am good customer. However I will not be returning to this location. I was doubled charged for my purchase and when contacted the store they could not immediately find the duplicate transaction. They said they would follow back up and did not. I still have the duplicate charge in my banks account. I dont appreciate paying for a item twice.

I felt more welcome in the internet site than in the store in Georgetown, no one of the 3 ladies asked if I need it something, I wanted to build a necklace and decided to leave instead.

Beautiful store with a great selection of unique jewelry shapes and settings. Really friendly staff too.

Road has too Narrow lanes,and ends into a No Access Gate for visitor Drivers.Not enough wiggle room for your Car to turn around. Sad!
