I just went to their Bethesda location to try to fax something. They told me it would be $1 / page and I had a 30 page document. After standing their for well over 15 minutes with only half of my document to go through I told them forget it. I could drive the document to its final destination faster than their fax. I asked them to just scan and email it to me and I can take care of the faxing it myself and even that was $12. These people need to get a price rearrangement and a faster fax machine.
