Places that don’t update their hours online are the most annoying establishments
We bought a desk chair at Staples in Washington PA on a Monday and it was out of stock.Our salesman said if we ordered it we would have it the next day.It would be shipped to our house.Since we were not in a big hurry we ordered the chair.I figured there was no way we would receive it the next day.What a pleasant surprise to find the chair delivered at 8am the following day.
It’s too bad they do not understand customer support, I wonder how much longer they’re going to be in business

You could not ask for nicer employees to deal with. So polite and very efficient in their work. So glad they arent far from my home. I would definitely recommend visiting this business for all of your office supplies and any special orders for printing. Thank you so much for all you do!
Staff is super nice, but takes unnecessarily too long. I go in every week for prints and the only time I can guarantee I’ll get them is if I choose to pay the 1hr express fee. Even if the store is empty, and employees aren’t doing much. I question why have to pay an express charge when the job could be completed to a loyal customer on the spot... needless to say the staff is very nice
Employees walking throughout store asking if you needed any help. I encountered 3 during my visit. Nice variety of items at comparable prices. 4 Stars because I was NOT told Thank you after I checked out.

Had to have computer checked. Left @11:27am called @ 2:45pm it was done. Service is great your prices not so good. Three viruses removed and atune-up, $201.38!?????!. Alas its paid, I do need a new computer and maybe this store is not a good idea.
This is always my go to spot for office supplies but the last few times I’ve gone in the cashier Ron is always so helpful and sweet!
I needed a 2019 wall calendar and searched other places - Staples has the best selection.
Hello! I went to this particular Staples in Washington, P.A. Last minute, new to the area, & admittedly, not the most tech savvy person. I purchased a printer, ipad cover, an epoxy to laminate my ipad when in the cover case & sent a fax. The salesperson Adler was very polite & knowledgeable as was the young lady@ the fax/copy/ area- I think her name was Angelica. Overall, one probably wouldnt be very impressed with service@ a box store - yet I was enough to take the time to write this review. Would go there again, & would recommend it to anyone.
I sent a fax and it cost me $35. It had 20 pages and that seems outrageous. But, at least they could help me and the people were nice.
Good place to go if you need school supplies for a good start for the year!

In starting a new wrestling club for the youth in our community, I held a cash bash which included a silent auction. Spent days calling around different places and collecting donations from many different local businesses. Almost all were pleasant to deal with except staples in Washington. Our event was on June 24th and manager by the name of Josh had promised to put together a backpack full of school supplies that we would be able to auction off. He told us this about a month before our cash bash and I stopped in the store and called several times only to be told he wasnt there and forgot and that he would call me back. My issue is that he never returned a call or had his manager in the store assist me . I understand if you didnt want to but dont promise to do something and not follow through. As a district or regional manager he and his associates were very unprofessional. I will no longer go here and recommend them to no one.

Need more employees for better customer service
I was gifted supplies to branch our our business, learning that only one item was unusable- a Samsung ink cartridge, I called the friend that gifted the item and they no longer had the receipt but said with out a doubt it was purchased from staples.. I went to return it and was denied, being told it was from office max- went to office max and they said the sticker on the box indicated it was staples, so I waisted some more gas and returned to staples after calling them and explaining the situation, DOT (the manager) said theyd take it back but only give store credit for the retail value. I was fine with that, I needed other supplies anyways. So I get there and Dot began to get all defensive about a security sticker ( placed by their warehouse) then trying to find anything she possibly could to deny my return, which is extremely poor customer service- she said I opened the box, which I clearly did not- it was never taken out from the original packaging... She was rude and said theyd get in trouble for taking back a product that wasnt on their shelves anymore, which is complete bulls*#-.. How can u sell something online from your store but not be able to return it if needed? Needless to say Im stuck with a product I cant use and left pissed off..I hope it was worth losing a $300,000 account because Im boycotting them now and will be happy to inform everyone I know in the business to go to office max were theres no one trying to insult you for returning something they have every right to return.. Never again..
