I ordered some chairs from Carissa and a few other staff at Lincoln Office. Was able to visit and look at fabric samples / different chair options in person, and handle everything else offline, for a personal purchase. Very nice to interact with, professional and helpful. Her and others on staff looking out for things every step of the way (ordering -> delivery). Price was competitive with others in the area and based on what I ordered.Thanks! Top notch organization.

Lincoln office carries high quality office furniture lines. Their showroom is beautiful. Designer Amber was very nice, professional, and responsive.Salesperson Jenean was difficult to deal with. On more than one occasion, she would not respond to email. When we would inquire why we received no response, a snarky reply was given. It was very difficult to obtain straightforward pricing information. If any aspect of the furniture selection, pricing, etc could be made difficult, Jenean would ensure it was difficult and convoluted. She ordered our lateral file cabinets in legal hanging folder size even though she had been to our office and examined our existing file system which was clearly standard letter sized files. Her response was essentially you should have told me you wanted standard sized and the quote clearly has the SKU number of what you received- YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL - you should have asked the client if you did not perform your due diligence. Also, most clients should not have to inquire directly of Steelcase for EVERY SKU number to ensure proper items are being selected for the client. Your solution of selling us a rack to allow standard letter sized files was a poor response: 1) we have unusable space in the lateral file cabinets then (unprofessional looking) and 2) we just spent THOUSANDS of dollars with your company and thats the best you can do? Your final snarky suggestion of perhaps we just purchase new legal sized hanging file folders and re-file everything was perhaps an even worse suggestion.Bottom line: I would consider using different company in the future.
