Yesterday, I sent an online printing order to the FedEx location at 1825 K St. NW, Washington DC. My order confirmation said the order would be ready by 1 p.m., however, when my colleague arrived at 1 p.m. she was told that the order was for 2 p.m. The completed order was not ready until a few minutes after 2 p.m. and the service was slow. When you are preparing for an important meeting, I would advise you to call, double check and confirm with someone in the office that they have seen your order, downloaded your files and will have it ready by the time they have promised. It was a frustrating experience for us and I hope to save somebody time and energy in the future.
Needed something printed legal size, and theit printers were not set up to do so. I had to email the file to them to do this. I was made to wait 30 mins, waiting behind someone. Note there were 3 fedex employees at the store, two of them unable to do this. Not as express as they claim.

Helpful staff and well located by Farragut North. Only one or two staff on duty at a time generally but they are typically quite responsive.
Just dropped off a shipment here and it was perfectly fine. The package seemed a little expensive, but the staff was friendly and attentive. I would return if necessary.
