Had my passport photos taken at this FedEx location. Mr. Roberto was very helpful and thoughtful.
Im an attorney and frequently have to print and ship legal briefs. This location is a life saver and gets my print and shipping jobs done on time every time. Able to handle obscure requests like making the first page of each doc green, binding, see through covers, etc.
I am giving this review on the merits of one employee- Dustin. I delivered a package for work to this office and was told that my airbill contained the tracking number. I tried during the evening, the night, and the next morning to track the item but no avail. I emailed the branch because the phone agents, virtual agents, and online lookup were completely unhelpful. Dustin contacted me, checked internally and found my package en route with a different number. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you!
I would give the garbage hole a zero if I could. We came here for printing business. The store clearly said it is open till 8pm and we waited from 5-6:30pm on Feb 24 2019. There was a sign saying they will be back in half an hour. An hour and a half and two calls to FedEx customer service line, no response. The representative clearly said the store must be open. After waiting we we eventually left.In a world full of competition, FedEx sure knows how to lose customers.
Went in and the employee was rude and watching videos on his phone. We asked him if he could help us and he snapped I am on my break. We waited for nearly 10 minutes and then asked him if he could just help us ship a package real quick we need to catch a flight. He snapped at us that he was going to be on his break for another 30 minutes. We left because the last thing I wanted him to do was break are packages after I left. I filmed the whole thing. Fedex needs to fire this guy immediately.
They don’t take packages after 4:00 for overnight shipping but are open until 8:00. I don’t understand that
Today I came in to fax my doctor paperwork to my job after being discharged from the hospital. This location was convenient to where I parked and the reason for stopping. My job is located in Bethesda minutes from DC and I was charged for long distance fax. I did not agree. I did not have to dial 1 before the number. How was this a long distance fax. Nearly $8 is too much for a 3 page fax to Maryland from DC. I suggest prices should be listed by the fax machine after paying. If I knew the cost up front I would have went somewhere else to fax.
Very long wait for someone to pick up the phone, and when they did, they were unable to help. My package was sitting in THEIR office, and when I asked them to redirect it, I was told they couldnt do it because the system had automatically scheduled it for return to shipper. When I asked if I could call Fed Ex corporate to redirect it, employee said I couldnt because the package WAS NOT MOVING yet. So let me get this straight: you cant help me because Fed Ex corporate has already scheduled the package to be shipped back, but Fed Ex corporate cant help me because the package is still sitting at your location?????? RIDICULOUS. And the guy that answered the phone falls back on the old line, I dont work for Fed Ex, I work for the local mail center. Pretty sure your shirt says FED EX on it, Kyle.
Amazing service! I was printing out a textbook on Support Vector Machine. The lady helped me printed in colors was very generous in giving me a good price in color prints. Best service ever!
I really enjoyed printing out fliers in this place. The workers were really nice, in fact, one of the ladies remembered me the second time I came from when I came a month and a half earlier. When a problem came up with my bill the lady working there was really courteous and helpful and resolved the issue right away. Plus, she worked with me to get the best discount.

Their customer service is definitely not something they should be proud of. I visited to make some copies of brochures, and during the whole process, the folks expressed a very unprofessional attitude towards me and other customers over their own mistakes - one of them even said you cant expect things to be printed perfectly to be honest because thats just how the printer is. I highly recommend going to a different location.
Terrible printing service. I spent 3 hours in this store, over 2 different days. They said they couldnt print my PDF for ceremony programs for my wedding because they didnt have the font I used. Note, I didnt need to make a single change to the document, just needed them to hit print! Thank goodness I went somewhere else, that charged me half of what Fedex quoted, was able to print my PDF with no problem, and was much more professional.
I went in to print photos and first the machine wouldnt read my USB, then it would only read half the photos on the CD that the FedEx staff made me, and to top it off the machine wouldnt give me my credit card back. The only reason I didnt give this place 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend going to this location to print photos, especially if you are in a hurry.
We went there on February 24th at 5:30PM and although they were supposed to be open, the door was locked and there was a note on the door saying they will be back in 30 mins and they are out fo lunch!! We waited for almost an hour and nobody showed up. This is insulting to wait people up while you cannot do what you promised. Close the store already rather than saying something and do another thing.
20 minutes waiting and they told us no battery for the camera to take passport photo, ridiculous!!!!?
Welcomed by 4- and 5-star employees but then pointed to the 2.3 for service and it matched the store rating.
I was in a rush to send out an international package and David, the manager, was very understanding of the time crunch I was in. He made sure all the paperwork was clear and sent the box on its way. I just hope it gets there by next week!

I needed to print something and when I arrived at the shop 12 minutes after it was supposed to open, there were no employees to be seen and the doors were locked. When I was finally let in, the printers were broken and the same lack of customer service was present as when there were no employees.

This center rejected a hold for customer shipment even after I called in advance with them to confirm it was possible to arrange a customer pickup. absolutely unbelievable.
Terrible customer service. Completely screwed up our poster, no apologies, blamed us for their mistake, no help rectifying the situation, and talked back to us like we were in the wrong. What a joke of an establishment.
