After work I came here for cheesecake but they were sold out. Id suggest getting there early! They have delicious cheesecake. So I tried a green Chile grilled cheese w tomato basil soup. Crunchy and creamy goodness, but needed a teeny bit more seasoning for both but it was good! :)

Such a cute and cozy cafe! You can’t go wrong with their coffee or cheesecake. My favorite thing has got to be their variety of grilled cheese sandwiches! They are so delicious! Keep an eye out for their monthly specials too, so yummy. It’s also worth noting that they use fresh focaccia bread for all of their sandwiches which ohhh my gosh... makes them even better.

Came here for cheesecake, they had one slice and it looked awful so we left. Its called the Alaska Cheesecake Co and had only plain frozen cheesecakes, would not reccomend if you are looking for what their name says they should specialize in.

Friendly staff clean place i think the expresso should have a bit more strength to it may try it again if im in the area.

Fantastic food, served with style and respect. The Cafe’ is a wonderful spot to meet for business meetings, personal meetings, and dates! I highly recommend this cafe. It is always top notch!

I worked their breifly, and I had never like cheesecake before. But When I was working their I mixed the batter, prepping it for the owner. And she would have me taste it so its perfect and i fell in love with cheesecake and she has great options of flavors, she does custom cakes, many sizes, weddings, and other desserts too.. Ever Try the Idita Pop?

Poor communication between staff and customers

Something of an out-of-the-way little coffee shop, Caffe Dolce 907 is truly the premiere roast experience. If you drink coffee, you simply must visit Caffe Dolce for a depth and taste not found elsewhere. Even if you dont drink coffee, Italian sodas are available, as well as ice cream and various sandwiches. This reviewer had the chaga latte (a light coffee made with a parasitic mushroom thats said to have many health benefits,) and the buffalo chicken gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. Both items were exceedingly well made and served by very friendly staff. The latte had an interesting flavor and texture to it, despite still retaining its trademark bitterness and hint of a bite. The accompanying sandwich was grilled to perfection, with melted cheese and just enough spice to heat you up in this chilly Alaskan weather, which I am most certainly not accustomed to. Whether a coffee lover or traveling tourist like myself, or simply a Wasilla local looking for a quaint hole in the wall to have a unique lunch and beverage, Caffe Dolce is the place to go.

My cheesecake tasted old. Dont think Id be coming back again due to me buying three slices amounting to $20 and none of them tasted very good.

Amazing gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches! And cheesecake and coffee! I highly recommend for morning coffee, lunch, or an afternoon cheesecake snack. One of the best Cafe atmospheres in the MatSu valley.

Only been here twice. The first time the coffee was weak, but I gave them a second chance. Second time coffee was not weak, but there was no flavoring in my hazelnut latte. Never tried the food.
