They only had almond croissants. This particular croissant was not even cooked! The coffee on the other hand was pretty good.

This location always has great employees who are always friendly, they make the meanest Breve around and is always a favorite of mine to come to even when I plan to go the other direction my vehicle always wants to drive here first.

Clean place, friendly and fast service.. needs more than one restroom. There is only ONE and its for everyone. And free WiFi would also be nice. But other than those two issues, its a good place to go for a quick coffee or tea.

Horrible!!! The Kaladi Bros in Anchorage are amazing; fresh yummy coffee with lodge-like atmosphere. This Kaladi Bros was the ultimate disappointment; old coffee that obviously has been sitting for the whole day and the atmosphere of a run down pizza buffet. Sad. Just sad and sorry.

I used to really like this place, but I just had an experience that has me looking for a new coffee shop to frequent. I placed my order and their register was down. The barista said she could make the coffee & I could pay once they got the card processor working. I said that was ok, Id rather wait and pay first-because I didnt have cash and would feel bad if I was unable to pay for it. I went and sat down-opened my purse to get out my book- when I heard the barista complaining about me. From the other side of the shop. I said she could have her coffe, but like, is she stupid or just not listening to me. Well, I left. Ill go pay $7 three times a week for my morning coffee elsewhere. And my reply is F-U.

Decent coffee, but horrible service. The young girl serving was just flat out rude....I was totally appalled. Will never return to this place. Try Jitters in Eagle River if you want good coffee and service.

Best Coffee in AK there is a reason why all private Alaskan coffee shops all use Kaladi Beans ive never had one bad coffee from Baristas Wasilla Kaladis. Always curtious and kind people that just make my day better the coffee is a Bonus :)

Went to Alaska to visit family and they took me to Kaladi Bros for coffee. It is way better than the Dunkin Donuts in my home neighborhood. We were served by a young man named Will who was very pleasant and the coffee was delish! Thanks Kaladi Brothers!

Its mediocre coffee to me, but the atmosphere is fun. Lots of young people floating through. Fast wi-fi if youre looking for that. I do wish they had a little deli find selection though.

The reason for poor rating is two fold. First I ordered the RedGoat dark roast coffee. I have enjoyed this roast for a few years in Anchorage. All the locations in Anchorage seem to be consistent as fat as flavor and strength of the RedGoat. At this location the RedGoat was see through lite and berry bitter. Not sure what is going on. Second, when I brought this to the attention of lady working ( 6 pm. 5-14-15) she basicly blew me off and made an unconcerned comment about she had nothing to do with how the coffee turned out, people come from Anchorage and set the drop weight ( that a new one to me ). She offered no immediate solution. I went to her a second time to tell her that it should definitely be fixed because it is so noticeable by anyone who has enjoyed good RedGoat. I asked her directly do you have any control with how this coffee comes out? She said no. Thats crazy! Whatever drop weight is, it needs to be fixed at this location. Bad coffee!Facility was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was clean! Met a few nice people and had good conversation.Bad coffee ! Need some improvement on taking customers seriously and finding solution. Perhaps if your dark roast is lite, give $ back or at least offer an americano.

I love coffee and love Kaladis coffee! Its so much better than some of the bigger companies out there. Never taste burnt and I have had a ton of kaladis. I go here at least 2-3 times per week. Its a great location and they have free wi-fi
