While dealing with a wild Karen in full rage form over an iced coffee and a single donut, they took wonderful care of me and my order! I go here for the consistency of product, if you want a ‘treat’ coffee drink for you and your little one, try a place that specializes in coffee or ice cream. Not a corporate donut shop! Well done to the staff that had to deal with that sort of treatment. She walked in the door wanting to start a fight, well done to the lovely pierced and tatted young lady that finished the fight with class!

Horrible, I asked for fresh this is what I received. I called several times and left a voicemail no response.

The donuts were cold and not tasty. I was offered another box of donuts, but I don’t need another box of cold dry donuts. The manager assured me they are made in Wasilla, but her employee said they were brought out by Anchorage. I DO NOT recommend. $13 for terrible donuts, nothing like the Krispy Kreme I’m used to at all. Very bad. The donuts I used to bring from Seattle were fresher than these.

We took some of our kiddos here after church for a sweet surprise... they loved the doughnuts and the young lady that served us at the window was very pleasant, accurate with there many different choices, and gave the little people fun hats! Our experience was five stars!

Delicious doughnuts, great staff, fun Krispy Kreme hats and tumblers, and clean bathrooms. The kids had a blast watching the doughnut machines!

I dont generally go for donut shops I know that everybody says that this place is amazing but the donuts are just too sweet for me. I would much rather get them from Fred Meyers or Safeway. Maybe somebody needs to set up a different kind of so donut shop up here.

I’ll start by saying I realize it’s donuts and they’re not the healthiest for you, however cleanliness is not a priority and neither is public safety at this location, if the health inspector were to ever actually visit this establishment they would see at least a dozen violations. Management will not allow production members to wear gloves when handling the yeast contaminating everything they touch. They treat their employees like donuts that fell on the floor,....careful they might even be serving you one

$8.46 for 6 mini donuts...What a joke! When did they start selling Hostess minis as a regular sized donut. I will never go there again, I’ll drive the couple of miles and go to Donut King. They also don’t have hot glazed available all day only at certain times. These guys suck!

I’ve been sitting here in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and the closed sign is still on yet I see workers inside as well as their hours posted. Their hours say they open at 6:00, if you open at 6:00 then you should prep at 5:00. It’s 6:30 now and still no one has asked for my order. My pregnant girlfriend is dead set on having some Krispy Kreme and I really can’t come home empty handed.

Very disappointing, i really like thier doughnuts and came all the way from Fairbanks and guess what!? We came to the place at 5 PM and of course, it was closed. Online says 7pm but seems like they closed it at 4. Last time we came and barley made it because they were closing early. :(

I ordered online and maybe that was my mistake? To be honest the experience wasn’t completely bad but what made me angry was the girl who helped fill my order didn’t say anything to me about items they didn’t have that I ordered. Not one word and she just filled it with whatever and sent me on my way. I wished she would have given me a chance to change my choices because I ended up with filling flavors I didn’t like (lemon). Also they don’t have the Independence Day donuts advertised online so be careful when you order online. The donuts were okay I didn’t care for the buttercream like filling I thought was going to be more like whipped cream. I did like the strawberry sprinkle donuts though. I don’t think I will return.

Do Not get the Cinnamon Apple filled! Nasty, completely dried out edges, totally inedible! When I called about it, I was told something about Theyre using a different donut base, or something. Didnt even try to make it right. Not going back.

All the donuts there are top notch. I highly recommend the sour cream cake donut, or even the chocolate iced custard filled donut. Or, any of the donuts.

My friend Ordered a drink and a dozen donuts. The donuts were hard like bagels, and the frozen latte wasn’t drinkable. No one could even get a sip down without Gagging on the retched taste. Don’t recommend.

Went there just after they opened to grab a dozen for a group thing and they were all great, good size, almost didnt fit all 12 in the box, went there the other day for my sons birthday ( he wanted a doughnut) then my husband brought home a dozen today. The ones from the other day and the dozen from today were almost have the size as when they first opened. Definitely could have fit 4-6 more in this box today! Really need to work on the consistency in size of doughnuts. Almost $15 for what we got today is a RIP off! Think well stick to buying them from three bears.

What a Crock... they didn’t have the most iconic donut creme filled glazed .... they had every variation except that..... and I asked for a dozen and got a half dozen... The new creme filled version has a whole in the middle with artsy drizzle on top and now with less creme fill built into the perimeter. Man, what a disappointment..... you would get a zero if it was possible for this blunder.

I drove all the way from eagle river to wasilla for Krispy Kreme to get 2 dozen original glazed donuts and they were all out of original donuts at 4:00 when they don’t close till 7:00.

Asked for 24 ct of donut holes. It is 4.75 on the menu. They were out but i could buy a 48 count box...lol how about putting 24 in a box, too difficult for the staff. I will not go there again. I left without purchasing anything. Terrible customer service.
