Really great service, the employees were really nice especially that one lady who served us! Great job they made my daughters frappe the way she wanted it and loved it so much!

Bathrooms were filthy, and had no paper towels or toilet paper. I personally thought the music was too loud. They also made our drinks and placed them on counter without calling our names...drinks probably sat there 10 minutes before I figured out they were done.The drinks were good though!

The woman at the drive through was so wonderful!! I didn’t get her name but she said she had been working there for 8 years. We were unsure about what to get and she asked us what we were in the mood for. She steered us in the direction of the strawberry acai lemonade refresher with raspberry and WOW!!! It was so yummy!! She was so bubbly and kind and I can honestly say she brightened my day and made me wanna return again soon. Definitely will be going back to this location!!

OMG!!!! Don’t get me started, employees were off the chain! Every drink just tastes better at this location. Atmosphere was amazing. Drinks definitely slapped hard!!! Food was bussin’!!!

Updated 2020- I drink Starbucks every single day and often twice a day I love coming to the Starbucks there fast they’re accurate. The workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have free Wi-Fi and a lot of seating. I like to do the mobile orders. I order ahead of time most of the time and it’s always ready waiting. I’ve been a gold member at Starbucks for the last 2+ years and I’ll continue to come back over and over again.2017- love it here so yummy. Im a daily starbucks drinker sometimes twice a day too

I was super excited to try the Cloud Macchiato and asked for it without ice... not a complicated order. Well, when I get the drink I kid you not it is all “cloud” with maybe half an inch of see through espresso. Not to forget.. I was also mocked by the employees for asking with out ice. SUPER disappointed and a waste of my money!Finally, stop discouraging people from getting roasts that are pour overs.. you’re a coffee shop!!

No stars. Second time I went to your Starbucks Wasilla. I will never go again both times they got my daughters order wrong. Not a big deal right. Been working as a server for 30 years instead of being courteous management was rude. She ordered peppermint in her coffee and instead of making it right the manager handed a small cup with peppermint syrup and told her to mix it in herself. And thats just one example. So no stars and no more Starbucks for me. Cream only they are kind and professional.

Super rude girls working here, ignored me and my wife for 5 minutes standing infront of the register wanting to order. No hi we will be with you shortly. Just ignored. So we left and if thats how they treat people then id rather go to a coffee shop.

It took them 3 tries to make my white mocha and still it tasted plain. How hard it is to make that? My regular drive through coffee place in wasilla makes it high quality and for a lot less. Not coming here no more.

Has a good coffee shop atmosphere. I went there to talk with a friend and the time flew by. The coffee was fresh and delicious and exactly as I ordered it. Friendly customer service. A delicious choice of edibles.

I’ve been very disappointed with this Starbucks. Every SINGLE time I order an iced london fog, it is so incredibly watery. You can’t even taste the Earl Grey, it just tastes like water with a hint of cream. It’s disappointing because Starbucks is kind of expensive and to not even be able to drink what you get is a let down.

Meh, I ordered a Matcha Green Tea Latte.It was disgusting.Had way too much powder in it.I love everything Matcha so I was really disappointed.I still drank it because it is good for you and I will order another in San Diego to make sure my palate wasnt mistaken. If so, I will revamp this review.The other 2 coffees were on point.

The worst iced latte Ive ever had. It tasted like detergent. What a waste of money. The employee was not friendly at all. Very dissatisfied and wont buy there ever again. Should not even gave one star! Yuck!

It only took one return visit for the staff to remember my name and my drink! The vibe here is causal and relaxed. I hit here daily while I am traveling to check my emails and Facebook. This is a clean, wifi friendly place and lots of friendly locals as well.

Walk-in ordered egg bites and chocolate croissant. Waited almost 45 min. When I asked if someone could check my order the girl said it wasn’t her station. Finally had to ask for a refund, never got food.
