I was very impressed with how easy it was to work with the folks at Counter Intelligence. We had two bathroom counter tops to manufacture and install—not a huge job—but we were able to schedule an appointment within just a few days of my calling. Adam, the installer, arrived on time and did an excellent job on the installation. I asked that he be masked, and he was totally compliant with my request. Thank you Counter Intelligence! My wife and I are so very pleased with the job they did for us! We have a small home but that didnt bother them at all! They were very professional! David the owner came by and took all the measurements and our information. Then his two grandsons and his brother Joe came and did the installation in a timely fashion! Very pleased with the results! Counter Intelligence did an amazing job with my kitchen countertops project last week. They even helped me kept a secret from my wife as a surprise to her for Christmas. She went out of state and David sent his guys over and installed the new tops. It was very professional and proficient. My wife was very surprised and loved the color we picked out. At first I went to Home Depot but didn’t have the color I wanted and they referred me to Counter Intelligence. David came and did the measurements and I showed him the color I wanted and he knew exactly what it was. My kitchen looks amazing now and my wife loves her new kitchen.I will definitely hire Counter Intelligence again for my next project which is the bathroom tops. These guys are great! They stock so many colors and were able to fabricate and install my countertops and window sills quickly, yet were still available to deliver an amazing product. This is my second home they have installed tops and window sills in and I have been impressed both times

Recently had Counter Intelligence do countertops and cabinets for the sterilization room in my Dental practice, and I couldnt be happier with the job done. It was done to perfection and looks fantastic. And it was a difficult task! The owners went out of their way to make a second trip back to our home ( a 200 miles trip!) to finish our countertops to perfection.Dont even think of going with anyone else when it comes to your countertops! This is the second kitchen that Counter Intellegence has done for us. In both instances, they finished early and did impeccable work. Plus, they are easy to work with and just nice people. My husband and I are glad we drove by, liked the name, and decided to get a quote from them instead of going through a box store. Their workmanship shows and the price was great.

Very quick to follow up after a call from out contractor. He stopped by to look at the job and take measurements within 3 days of receiving that call. The countertop was built and installed about 8 days later. Very friendly, professional and fairly priced.

They were able to change my kitchen layout effortlessly and it is fantastic! So much room with a gorgeous white countertop. High quality and fair price. Super quick install, in and out in no time. Also had them do my bathroom vanities. Next is the shower surround, cant wait!

David was very informative and happy to assist with any questions. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted other than a coved backsplash. He came and measured and we did the details by text or phone because I was out of state. It went flawlessly and my counters are beautiful. David is very professional, friendly, and great at suggestions. My daughter is so impressed she’s going to get hers redone with David. P.S. Be kind to David. He cares more about his clients than he does sleep. Remodel in the winter. He is slammed in the summer.

Had some tenants damage my laminate counter. Lowe’s quoted me $3300. This included new sink, sink install, old counter removal, and other misc, counter itself was about $2500. They quoted me at least 4 week wait. The whole process just seemed difficult like this wasn’t something that they do regularly. Called this company. Dave came over within a few days of my call. He gave me options to do everything, just counter top, with or without old counter removal, etc. Saved $1000 with the route we went. They were great!!! From the initial contact to the install and finish date was about 10 days. Thank you so much for taking a load off my mind!

David at Counter Intelligence was awesome! I called looking for a custom vanity top, I was sick of the same boring selection every where. They had a huge selection, with unique colors. Their customer service was really great, and they worked with me to make sure we found a great counter top in my budget that I love. They had my order complete very quickly. I will use them again, and recommend them!

Terrible company, if your too good to do someone’s home project. Don’t agree to do it in the first place, all you’ve accomplished is wasting both our time. :(

What a horrible waste of time company quoted me set up a date and then never showed up texted back or answers any calls?

Don’t know much about their counters, but their van completely cut me off while driving. Like to the point where I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. (Not always greatest practice when you’re driving the company van!)EDIT: I appreciate that Counter intelligence took the time to respond on here. That shows that they care about making things right, so I bumped up a star from 3 to 4. Thanks for addressing the issue with your staff:)
