We are very happy with Pinnacle counter tops. The quote we received from other places in the valley some higher and some lower. The price we paid was fair and the work was done in a timely matter. they came when they said they would and finished in half a day with our kitchen and bathroom vanity. Horrible service, we broke a sink and called multiple times over the last couple months. Finally Leo “the owner” called me back today just to say there going on vacation and to call back in 2-3 weeks! I highly recommend using any one else there service is horrible and the employees are rude!Update! Leo called me back after I posted this review and threatened that he would take me to court if I don’t remove the post!

Left work early on a Friday, Sep 4th, and arrived at 3 (open 9-4 M-F). Went in the front entrance where two men were and one told me they were closed. I said, “You’re open until 4.” “Yeah, but we’re leaving.” Me too and I wont be returning.Owner with excuses. The holiday is Monday. I understand that you don’t understand.
