This has been one of the best all around companies I have ever dealt with. Austin in sales is always on top of every one of my orders. I get fast quotes and more importantly fast and accurate delivery. Next is Philip in truss design. Being inexperienced (me not him) he took his time and his patience to create a wonderful design. It was a breathe of fresh air to have someone who really cared about making sure it was done right and willing to explain to someone who does not have a lot of carpentry experience. Truss delivery: Jerry and Al. Both bent over backwards to speed up delivery to help me out when I was able to get a few days off and extra help. They once again genuinely cared to be helpful. Every single delivery driver. Fast and helpful service always. Having a company like this behind me is helping a first time builder make his family’s dream home a reality—enjoyable too.

I agree with the other commenters, that the staff is very nice. However, communication is absolutely horrible. I ordered decking in July and as I told my spouse, I went to the professionals at the professional store and they ordered the boards I needed for the deck. Well, a mistake was made (which my spouse figured out) and we had to order about another 40% of boards. We paid for those on August 11th. No word. Not one. End of September we tried calling with no response. I finally spoke to someone on October 12th - and was told it hadnt been shipped but would be on the sailing at the end of the week and here today. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and finally today. Promised call backs didnt happen. Today I was told that the product wasnt available for a time due to Covid and when it was available again the supplier didnt check for orders that werent fulfilled. I am very VERY unhappy. It snowed last Sunday. It was 19 degrees here today. Winter is coming. I still dont have my boards. The only reason I am not screaming at them is that they are very nice.

Great place. Id been going to the other large lumber supplier in the valley (not the big box stores) and their customer service really turned me off. Came in to ask for a bid, Austin was more than helpful. From the yard guys to the delivery guys and everywhere in-between, these guys have been awesome. Ive been happy to spend my money there. Thank you for treating me and my family well; I love that you are working with civilians now!
