The woman on the phone was rude this morning.I asked to speak to the owner to which she replied “that’s me”They left the job site due to missing parts with no communication then were unwilling to re-scheduleEnded up hiring someone else.

These Folks are amazing! They had me set up with an appointment for the next day, showed up early and finished in less than 30 minutes! The two gentlemen who came out were super professional and very friendly. They were even polite enough to keep their distance from me as I was wearing a mask. I appreciate the consideration and our garage door operates like it did when it was installed 14 years ago! Thank you so much for the excellent service.

The technicians were nice however, if I had know they were just going to show up and read the manual like I had already done I would not have got them to come! What a waste of my time and money and their time! Save your money and go to pioneer if these guys arent familiar with your system, pioneer was worth the wait.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. They are wanting us pay a remainder of a bill that should be covered by our insurance due to an error on their part. The sales representative admitted that a new hire set the job up without explaining cost to our insurance company which was out of network and now they are threatening sending us, the policy owners, to collections due to a “small fee” which is over 100.00. If it’s so small then why wouldn’t they write it off or work with us on payment options? We never agreed to pay anything and was under the impression everything was covered in full. Don’t use them! Very dissapointed with how they handle issues within their own company.
