Larry went over and above the call of duty to get me what I needed and had all the information I needed to know about shipping the guns. Very happy to have called “Freedoms Armory”!
The lady at the gun show at the State Fairgrounds is extremely rude... After looking for almost two years to find a particular revolver, I saw they had it on display. Upon examining the revolver, the lady promptly ripped it out of my hand and pointed to a “do not touch sign”. Afterwards, the male salesman immediately said he already is looking at it and offered to return it. After her extremely rude performance, I decided to not purchase their $1,000+ revolver and will instead most likely order it online to an FFL.
Quick to respond to my over the phone inquiry. Fairly priced compared to the big stores. A little off the “beaten path” but easy to find.
Amazing is so many ways. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Helpful,..... After one purchase they will continue to have my business!
Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for he can most likely get it for you. Also has better prices than others in the valley.
This guy is literally a real deal Armory! The shop is mom and pop garage style setup, but if you are into top quality firearms at the best price by far just go here. Call ahead and this place can get you Anything you want cheaper than anyone on the full retail side.
Veteran owned, very competitive prices and great customer service.
I called asking about a specific Dan Wesson 1911 to see if he had it in stock and he didnt, but he said to stop on by as he had another model 1911 made by Dan Wesson and I could look at that to see if I was happy with the fitment and quality. The hunter is a very nice man who seems genuine and not pushing Firearms sales on you I would highly recommend using him to purchase a firearm and I will be here in the future.
Visited Freedoms Armory this Thursday. Had a great visit and outstanding experience. The owner is an amazing person. Recommend everyone in the valley to check him out.
I first wandered into this shop because its right down the street from my house. My first impression was kinda odd, he wasnt really set up for browsing, but was incredibly friendly and had an awe inspiring inventory .I didnt buy anything from him that day. I did call him back several times about strange guns that I want and he was able to put them in my hands. My overall impression is if you have some idea of what you want he can get you set up with it for significantly less cost than anyone else I have checked with. But he seems to market to people with some idea of what they want.Overall I like the place and am going to start here for my next firearm purchase .
I just ordered a rifle. $130 cheaper than another shop in the valley and even cheaper than if I ordered it myself! Very friendly. If you live in the valley you need to check out Freedom Armory. If you live in Anchorage, its worth the drive.
I have contacted freedom armory multiple times with questions about firearms, every time I was treated like I was incompetent and that because of my profession I should have more knowledge of firearms. I did not appreciate being treated this way when I was in fact calling to get a better understanding. I do carry a firearm at work and can use it it very well. I understand firearms and have a basic knowledge of them. I would never consider myself to be an expert. I will be taking my business elsewhere so that I can learn about firearms without feeling I need to be an expert to even walk into a shop.
Great location good inventory.
