Other than being expensive and having some overpriced things, they are great. AIH has tons of things you cant get at Lowes, Home Depot, or Napa. They have a military discount, but how it works is you receive cashback that you can only spend at AIH, and you have to wait 30 days before using it. They have a lot of sales, and you can usually find random things you didnt know you needed for a reasonable price. If you own a business or do anything construction related youre going to love it. Its a nice store.

Great, I bought a fuel hammer drill, I can be sure my part number is off the higher quality, sometimes the same brand gets slightly different variants that look similar but are lesser in quality and come In a combo pack. Dont have to worry about that at AIH

Oh oh man they have all the things you could possibly want to repair anything and for general contractors and and do it yourselfers to fix anything

Great selection, from apparel to wrecking bars, hand, battery, power and pneumatic tools. Well stocked with plenty of what you need lots of and a few things you didnt even know you needed. All top quality brands at bargain prices. The friendly sales staff that provides service with a smile is a major bonus.

Female employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. Told us if the tools werent on the floor they were out of stock which was both untrue and impossible since another employee confirmed they keep them under lock and key. She then told us to go find the product codes for the tool we needed on the barcode on the floor and to bring it to her so she could look it up without having to move. Absolutely horrendous service.

Since youre forcing your employees to get covid shots I will no longer buy anything from AIH..For one you shouldnt be aloud to dictate someone to get a shot of any kind,and second your prices are way too high...AIH isnt the only store in Alaska ....

Great store they had what I needed and checked on line to make sure it was correct.No other stores in Wasilla had the filters for my face mask.

I love this store!!! Work gloves, coveralls, tools, cleaning equipment and supplies, small hardware for big jobs! Chain, industrial heaters, welding supplies, outdoor tools and equipment. There’s always a new colorful butterfly to see around every corner and all aisles! You never know what you may find that you know you’ll need at home or work!!

AIH is always awesome! The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, & efficient. They all wear masks right now, which I appreciate. A IH employees are always very helpful, and cheerful to work with. I Love this kind of store. If they dont have an item you need, they can always suggest something similar or possibly even another store

We stop in here quite often. We love the people there and variety of items offered. Some things might cost a little more, I think, but we always compare shop if we need to make a big purchase

I have a feeling this is going to become one of my favorite stores. It has all the toys a guy needs to get work done. Everything from compressors, cement mixers to wenches, etc. The list goes on and on. I know if I need a power tool in the future this is going to be one of my stops. Very nice selection.

I give this a good rating for service and cleanliness. But the pricing is a little steep. Was told they have superior products but have yet to see the proof. Most of the items are just as equal to home depot products. They do specialize in some equipment that cant be found else where.

Dont buy a chainsaw there. I bought one from eagle river AIH. It worked twice, the warranty was some shade tree mechanic who had it for 6 months before he said he couldnt fix it. AIH WOULDNT DO ANYTHING.. 500 dollars down the tube.

Watch out for these guys they will smash you get almost every thing at this place been around since the 1950 something. A real Alaska outfit good place
