The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Both Eli and Vic took their time explaining policies and showing me different units to help me figure out exactly what I needed. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. Its a little pricier than other storage places in the Valley, but in life, you get what you pay for. And its important to me to support family-owned businesses.

I rented a couple units from this facility, one for a 2 years and another for 2 months. This business runs so smoothly, is reasonably priced, very secure, and their customer service is amazing. Arty went above and beyond, even saving us money when we left. It’s no surprise that Eagle Eye has flourished in the valley. They will always be my go-to for any future storage needs.

Office attendent Eli was EXTREMELYconfusing and very slow at explaining to me what/ how to go about signing up for a storage unit. I was there over 45 minutes when it should have only took 15. Then had to continue to call, have him call me back and fourth several times, to finish the process because he had forgot to explain to me in the office that they need several documents. Which I then I to bring back the following day. (3 day process now to acquire a storage space). Very time consuming and a Hassel.They DO have great security here, you can rest easy at night knowing your personal belongings & vehicles are safe and sound. Buthonestly they need to hire a MORE PROFESSIONAL, OLDER person that is actually EDUCATED in the position. If I would have know previously that it would have taken 3 days to store my car because the office attendent is to slow and didnt know the process. I would have take it somewhere else.

Eagle is a fast, convent facility with great access. Julia in the office was knowledgeable and professional which made for a good experience.

We had an incredibly intense week trying to move my mothers things from a different storage facility to Eagle Eye Storage, and then packing and shipping her things from Eagle Eye Storage out-of-state. Top notch storage on the Knik- Goose Bay Rd!! We were so impressed with the friendly, professional, well-trained and helpful staff, the 24/7 access, clean units free of moisture and critters, and convenient location. Team member, Julia, helped us so much with adding an extra unit to an existing one from last year; plus later we added a third one while we downsized the original ones. She was so kind and offered suggestions that saved us time and hassles. This company has a quality staff and setup unlike others I have rented nationwide. Glad my things are securely stored here.

I had my stuff in storage far longer than originally planned; over 3 years! During that time the credit card they had on file expired but they were super cool and worked it out with me. They also needed to access my unit once to work on the door but were very flexible and worked around my schedule. No security issues, no leaks, and when it was time to move out there were no headaches. If I need to store something in the future Eagle Eye will definitely be on my list!

These folks should be held up as the perfect example as how to run a business successfully. They are efficient, professional, courteous and kind. Yes kind. When was the last time someone called the whole staff of any business kind? Their security is top notch and they enforce their rules (firmly but still with kindness). Everything is neat and clean even outside where their lawn is always mowed and their driveways are all in good order. On top of all that everyone there seems to always be smiling and always helpful. This is by far the best storage units and the best prices you’ll find here, and by far the best owners and staff I’ve ever dealt with anywhere period. No comparison and with safe 24 hour access. Stop searching and start renting from Eagle Eye, you’ll be glad you did!

Just a tad inconvenient having a raised unit, that does not allow one to step in.Other than that, I love the all hours access, cleanliness, and the availability of a cart and step stool.

This establishment is run about as perfectly as a family run small business can hope to achieve. The facility is top quality. The security is second to none. The staff is as cordial and accommodating as they are efficient and detail oriented. Absolutely worth your storage dollars.

What can I say except my stuff at the Eagle Eye Storage up on KGB in Wasilla was SAFE, SECURED, CLEAN AND PLOWED FROM SNOW. They have a high surrounding fence with security cameras everywhere and you need a code to get in. Very safe place to store stuff!

I found this storage business to be the most professional I have ever dealt with. On several occasions I dealt with Daniel and he provided the needed help on both occasions. If I need another Storage facility I will be happy to have Eagle Eye to do business with. One thing I wished they had more warm storage units.

Excellent service, they allow you to pay online with recurring credit card purchases, very convenient. I had a unit for over 9 months and never had an issue. When I emptied it out they called me to make sure I was the one who emptied it. Nothing but good things to say about Eagle Eye!

I needed a last minute place to store my boat. It was a Sunday and the office was closed, so I left a message. I received a call back within minutes from Arty and had my boat stored within an hour of that. The facility is clean and secure. Arty was a huge help and very friendly.

The units and grounds are secure, well maintained, and well monitored. Vic was exceptionally helpful and professional.

Eagle Eye Storage is simply incredible. We have two storage units with them (one heated, one cold storage) and we have always loved the ease of use, cleanliness of the property and buildings, and the friendly staff.But recently Mother Nature (Alaskas 7.3 earthquake and 4,000+ aftershocks) put Eagle Eye to a test. Good news: The structurally sound buildings had NO damage..We live near the Wasilla facility in the summer, but we live iin Anchorage or travel during the winter. Thus we were not in the area to personally inspect the interior of our units for damage. We reached out by phone to Vic, Eagle Eye staff for assistance.In less than an hour after my call, Vic not only inspected our units, but took photos and sent them to me! There was no damage in either unit. But Vic even took time to move a couple of now precariously placed bottles of wine to a safer location in the unit, just in case we have a maor aftershock in the future.It simply doesnt get any better than the quality and service of Eagle Eye Secure Storage.. Weve had storage units all over Alaska and even California. Based on our experience Eagle Eye is the BEST EVER!
