Very knowledgeable staff. I went in with a wood stain color for a customer but it turns out it was a seasonal color from a couple years back. They had a color match similar and as the guy who was helping me was looking it up, another employee came from the back with the sample. She had been listening in and was quick to act with what was needed. Superb customer service.

I did a complete remodel of my condo and visited this store more times than I can count over the course of 3 weeks. Couldnt have asked for better customer service or quality of paint. When this stote was out of a paint that I needed, they called and had it ready for me to pick up at another location. You will find the colors you need, but it does cost a lot

The whole experience wasnt exactly pleasant. After spending a fair amount of time searching through the mass amount of wallpaper selections I decided to check out a sample book once I had narrowed down my choices. Took it home found the one that was THE PERFECT MATCH to my decor only to find out that the book should have been pulled off the shelf as that collection had been discontinued. Okay, no big deal. Find one that is similar, not the perfect match but will do the job. Now, I totally get that a giant warehouse would be needed to store ALL the wallpaper selections but to have to order online through an extremely NON USER FRIENDLY website is really what irked me. There was no way to select expedited shipping on the order through the website, I tried calling to add the shipping, and emailing but apparently once the order has been processed, there is no way to add anything onto the order. Needless to say if I had to shop for wallpaper again I would try another source first.
