Amazing job they did! Went to take out a dent and they gave the car back within 1 1/2 days! Car looked brand new! They also vacuumed out the car, detailed the inside, and waxed the tires! 10/10

Marcelo painted my Porsche 986 hardtop to match the rest of my vehicle and the color match was spot on, clear was perfect without any drips. Definitely very professional and meticulous work.

This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to in Waterbury. A panel fell off while driving, so I drove to the nearest shop. Not sure what to expect or how much the repairs would cost, Marcelo the owner took great care of me. He said he wouldn’t not charge me thinking it would be an easy job. Turned out the job was more complex than expected however, when I offered to pay Marcelo he refused. Absolutely made my day. Great customer service, kind, and friendly people. If you need body work done to your car, this is the place. I will be coming here from now on. Will also send people who ask for mechanics here as well!!

I cannot say enough about this shop! Not only is the work they do here exemplary, as in, no one would ever guess that you just had door panels replaced, a bumper fixed, or whatever, but the caring, honest people that work here are amazing! Marcelo (owner of 911 motorsports) is the most professional auto body expert Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After getting into a fender bender, he took care of every thing for me from the beginning to the end when it came to insurance and rental. They kept in touch with me the entire time and were extremely friendly. It felt like I was apart of the family. Everyone from the owners to workers were all so nice and greet you at the door. The job done on my truck was exceptional, quickly done, and exceeded all of my expectations. Marcelo was even generous enough to do a paint touch up on other parts of my truck that needed it. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out which was a generous gesture. Look no further, Im telling you. 911 Motorsports is where everyone should be bringing their vehicles for body work. If I couldve given more stars I would. This place is the best, hands down. I needed some rear bumper work done after I got backed into, and Im glad I chose to bring my car here. Repairs were immaculate, fast, professional, and they do a really great job cleaning my car when they were done. Estimate was spot on, and I couldnt be happier. They even buffed out a paint mark on my car that wasnt part of my claim. Will definitely go here again, and recommend you do too.

Unfortunately Ive been to 911 Motorsports several times with different vehicles and family members. After an accident its really nice to have someone to turn to who is trust worthy and friendly. Theyre great at everything from major accidents to small bumper scrapes and car detailing. They also handle the insurance company when needed which is really great.The staff at 911 is friendly and always accommodating. Theyre family owned and operated and that is evident when you go there. After every visit they give you a nice coffee mug to remember your experience as well as a little bottle of touch up paint for your car which can really come in handy! I want to say thank you to the staff for making my car brand new again. I was in an accident for the first time after 25 years of driving and did not know how to proceed. After speaking with my insurance company, I received a phone call from Phillip within 5 mins after hanging up the phone. He arranged for my car to be towed to their facility and had enterprise pick me up at my home so that I can have a vehicle while the repairs were being done. They were courteous and very detailed about the repairs that they performed. When I picked up my vehicle I could not tell that it was in an accident. Thank you for your great service. I highly recommend them!

I had a really good experience at this Bodyshop. I had some minor damage to my door and they were able to take care of it no problem. What made the difference for me was the convenience. Taking your car for body work is by no means a welcome chore, but they had a few ways of helping me out.First, they were able to walk me through the insurance claim process (which I had not done before) and I was able to get an evaluation on the premises because Geico has an employee there. Second, they were very helpful in making sure I had transportation so I could get to work while they had my car.They sent me pictures via text message as my car moved through the repair process. That was cool, I like that.

This place does top notch work. The car will look new when they finished. The Secretary is great also. We had a rental car from ENTERPRISE while our car was getting fixed. ENTERPRISE started calling and breaking our stones saying they wanted the car back by the end if the business day. I called 911 motorsports and explained the situation. The Secretary called ENTERPRISE and that was the last phone call I got from ENTERPRISE. This is an excellent body shop and they treat you w/respect.

My 2015 Audi S8 was in a front end accident that pushed in the bumper and crunched the bumper filler. Tony and his team did an outstanding job repairing this mess. The paint matches perfectly, the pin striping was hand painted. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left, I was treated well. My car was treated even better! I am so glad i came here. I got hit by someone and their insurance was giving me a run around and not trying to pay for some stuff and wanted to order cheap aftermarket parts, phil and the team there were able to negotiate with the insurance company, and get me oem parts and cover all of the damages that they said they won’t cover. They originally quoted $1700.00 in damages but after they took my bumper and fender and light off the total came close to $9000.00 because there were hidden damages the adjuster didn’t see. So glad I found a good place that I could trust to get the repairs done correctly. Thank you so much.
