Had a very good experience at Maaco. Was first greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process easy. We had our Mazda painted. The end result came out fantastic and we are pleased with the workmanship. We would definitely recommend this shop.

Originally brought the vehicle at the end of July and got it back on 5 August. paint was not done correctly and had to go back due to issues with bubbling due to the age of the vehicle poor paint prior etc.five weeks later I still do not have the vehicle back from warranty repair. Contacted multiple times and getting the same answer, corporate has not helped me out either after contacting them and still no reply from the franchise. I highly do not recommend taking vehicles here even though I used to take tons of them here in the past. I don’t believe the new management cares about the customer at this franchisee. I understand my particular case is unique but it still shouldn’t take five weeks strip a hood that was botched up by the company in the first place.

Adronne was very helpful in getting me the best deal on a paint job. I brought my car in Saturday to start the paper work and was able to pick up my car by noon Tuesday. Compared to many other places I inquired at, Maaco had the lowest prices by far. Adronne made the process easy and was communicative throughout.

Adronne made our experience easy, seemless and went above and beyond to help us when we had a mechanical issue. The Maaco crew did an exceptional job on our 67 Chevy. The body work and paint look amazing and we are very pleased and would recommend Maaco to everyone.

Horrible customer service. Took 3 weeks to get my car done and it has a ton of overspray my window moldings arent in properly. I understand things take time and stuff comes up but they never keep in contact with me. I had to call them repeatedly just to get an answer and now they are trying to blame me for rushing them.

Do not bring your vehicle here very unprofessional they take short cuts and are not honest and they try to take advantage of customers this place should be shut down I diverted 3 customers from getting there car painted at this place.

Ive been using Maaco for the paint restoration of my vehicles for years and have always been pleased with their work. This time around, I could truly say that they exceeded my expectation. They took on the challenge of painting my Hummer not only on the outside, but they customized the inside; matching the paint on the outside. When I say that my vehicle looked like something that couldve been sitting in a showroom, I would not be exaggerating.They did a TREMENDOUS job!!

The team did a nice job on my sports car, even repainted an area that they felt wasn’t quite up to their standards.Thank you Maaco!

I was very impressed with the paint job my 16 year old car received. I opted for the premium package, and I feel it really paid off, the clearcoat is very shiny. They took my yellow Toyota and made it black.What a transition, and they did every nook and cranny. Youd never know the car was yellow, even under the hood and trunk. I was very impressed after opening the hood to find that they painted the strut tower areas as well as around the engine bay.I feel I got a really good deal. The quality of workmanship is definitely up there, I highly recommend them. The entire crew was very helpful, communicative, and professional.

I had a complete color change for my vehicle. Everyone was really friendly! The color is gorgeous. The paint job is magnificent. Great quality, affordable prices, and definitely worth it! I am very happy.

DONT DO IT! Let me start by saying that this is my first review of any service Ive received. I picked up my car from the Waterbury Maaco center on August 11. I received horrible customer service. I dropped my car off Tuesday July 28th. They quoted me a price that would not exceed $1,500. I was told that I could pick it up next week on Tuesday. Not once while they had my car did they call me to let me know what was happening. Since we were expecting a bad storm on my pickup day I called the center the day before to inquire about a pickup time. I was hoping to pick it up Tuesday morning before the storm. Rob told me that they were not done yet and needed another day. Unfortunately, the storm came through and they lost power until Sunday. At that point, I was made to believe that it was all done just stuck inside the garage. When I called on Monday the car was still not painted. On Tuesday morning I call again and Rob tells me to come at 3pm so that the car can dry a little longer and so that it could be cleaned. When I arrive to pick it up he informs me that the roof of my car had Bondo adhesive on it that is difficult to get off (but not impossible.) They decided (without my consent) to just paint over it. He also tells me that the roof of my car is not covered by the warranty because the paint will most likely start bubbling again soon (as soon as 3 months). I did not agree with that! I asked him, Why did you not call me to let me know? I should have been the one to make that decision. He was very dismissive of my concern and told me that it would have been too expensive.To make things worse, he goes to ring me out and tells me that I need to pay nearly $200 over the highest quote price. After I refused to pay he changed the price to $1,500. I was in a rush to get to an appointment so I left right away. Once I reached my destination my eyes were open to the state of my car. The steering wheel had a tacky adhesive on it as well as the shifter. Also, my keys were filthy and the plastic covers that indicates what each button is for on my fab was missing. And there was a thick layer of dust in the car. I decided to return the next day to let Rob see the condition that they left my car and my keys. He tried to clean my keys and returned them to me looking worse than before. He had one of the guys spot clean it while I watched. Although he cleaned some of the spots, the solution he used was very harsh so it dulled the areas where they used it. Also, the car was still very dusty. Rob was very dismissive and did not take what I was saying seriously nor did he take responsibility for it. I had no choice but to call and complain about this situation. After three weeks of calling the complaint number NO ONE has given me a call back. Also, the paint on my roof has started bubbling already, three weeks later.In summary, my car was entrusted to people who did whatever they wanted and returned the car in an unacceptable manner. Their lack of consideration and attention to detail lowered the value of my car and will make it harder to resell.

How do I make 3 separate appointments still no service !? One appointment was never actually scheduled maybe the guy was too high to actually write it down .. the second appt we were told the paint has not came in but we were guaranteed service the following week FROM MIKE . He completely blamed the other employee for why we were not seen and said that not to worry it will be taken care of .. Today is that day and lovely mike has no recollection of our call and then stated well you can bring it but it will take a WEEK before it is complete .. why was none of this communicated ? NOT ONCE . Three separate days put aside for this . Customer service is terrible and you guys have NO accountability. I was really just trying to stay local and give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s clear it’s trash . And of course he hung up when I asked all these questions and told him that’s not how one should conduct buisness .

If you need any form of body work paint glass work etc etc this is the place for you. Make sure you ask for Michael when you get there!! They offer the best prices they do the best work fast honest and loyal

They had my car for 10 business days and cost me 2200 for a paint job that they were supposed to do the body work and never did. The paint job has misses and orange peel with bubbles. Very disappointed!

Brought vehicle there to be painted and they couldnt even stand it down just painted over everything. Gave me hard time about what was supposed to be done and started calling me a liar about things. For ex saying I used blonde when I never did anything to the m body of the truck etc. Never will go to again nor reccomend ever. Will be suing for my money back.

My sister came all the way from Maine and they didnt do what she wanted. Was there for almost 3 weeks. My sister came back and it was the worst as it was the first time she was here. This is her second time here from Maine. This is 9 hours away. They said they would do good for her but that didnt happen. Made her cry and was harsh with her because of the first guy that was ripping them off and it sucks that the customers have to pay for his mistakes. Will not recommend anyone to you. Even charged her more money. Unbelievably sickening. My sister didnt deserve that.

Was alright my car definitely came out beautiful way better than it looked just was upset at the dry drip paint on my back bumper its a line with dry drips..cant under stand how noone noticed since they are professionals other than that no complaints beautiful color

The customer service here is excellent! I brought my 07 jetta to be painted and they did an excellent job. The price was reasonable, the turnaround was pretty quick too. Definitely give these guys a shot

Were very happy with price and work. We had scratches and dings and severe oxidation. This job was finished right when promised and came out better than I expected. Several people who had heard bad things about MAACO in general were also surprised with the good results. The people we dealt with (Neil, Andrew) were professional and explained/answered questions. We would definitely use this MAACO again.

Ive taken my car back 2x now going to be a third time cause they cant seem to fix a paint job they did. They returned my car with paint on areas I didnt want paint on. Then onto of it my atena is missing!!!

The owner/and or corporate representative for this shop is the SAME person who controlled the Manchester Connecticut MaacoThey have an F rating with the BBB and robbed us of 5,500..less than one year later,rust is bubbling through where they claimed to replace metal.Next stop Consumer Protection and Civil Court.Driven Corporation does not take ANY responsibility for these franchises!
