This is a great auto parts store with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked and clean and organized.I had a Husky tool chest tip over on me earlier in the day causing extensive damage to the chest. So went in search for a new one. I started at Costco down the road. They didnt have anything. So while in the parking lot of Costco, I did a search for Napa stores, as they usually have good quality products. Google Maps suggested this location as the closest. So I headed over.I didnt see any tool chests on the sales floor (usually special order), but I asked if they had any. Gary, who is about the friendliest person ever, said the had one in back that someone ordered and changed their mind.Since it was there for some time, and taking up space in back, he gave me $100 off on it. And heres the kicker. They delivered it for free, from Waterbury to East Haven, the next morning!Epic service here. Highly recommended and theyve gained a life long repeat customer of me!Thanks guys for all your help!

Needed to replace a suburban battery. Called and was able to speak to someone right away. They had what I needed, so drove over to pick up and they even double checked to make sure my old battery was indeed in need of replacing.
