Excellent mom and pop place, food is excellent and never disappoints

I really just go here when I want an inexpensive, delicious meatball sandwich and some homemade soup. They do the basics really well and theyre super friendly. I just got my dad into it too, so now its his new lunch spot!

This place is awesome and their chicken cutlets are the best. You just cant go wrong with anything on the menu. 11 out of 10 all the way.

The menu accommodates those looking for a $2.50 coffee and bagel to the full blown sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel with your drink of choice.The atmosphere is very friendly. There are often regulars there which makes it feel like a neighborhood meeting place rather than just a grab-and-go joint, although there are those of us who take our food for the road.Overall, definitely recommended for the target audience!*20150622 Edit -- Just hit up the biggest chain around instead of Bagel Exchange and regretted it immediately, stale bagel. To be fair, Dunkin has usually been good enough for me when Im rushing.

Even though I had only a few dollars, I was treated as I was the best customer of the day. It is not that often I go somewhere in Waterbury and get treated as well as I did here.
