Everyone that works there is really helpful and nice.

Walked in and the store is very clean; the crew is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and Im actually surprised the store is very clean because considering the location in Waterbury. Typically the stores around them are run down, but this place very classy and clean.

Usually has what I want. Poor customer service. Big lady that works there ALWAYS has an attitude. Unless you speak Spanish you probably wont get any attention unless you demand it.

I love 💖going to Sallys.. They have so many different brands, colors and everything u need to do ur hair.. AND the staff there ARE very friendly and very HELPFUL.... I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.. 😊

The one that is by Chase ave has a super attentive and willing to help staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend it, the one that is by Wolcott st nothing to see, super lazy the one that is there and only serves to be lying on the counter .
