Staff was very knowledgeable about their products. They were attentive to questions and concerns and were able to direct me to items that would be appropriate and meet my needs. They provided as much time to view items in the showroom as necessary. Once I had made my decisions, the staff worked out an estimate and when I went to order my materials they did so efficiently and courteously. I was appraised of the timeline for delivery and all items arrived as promised. I would highly recommend Benders to anyone seeking high quality materials with a supportive staff.

It was a pleasure doing business with Bender! From “Liz” in the showroom, who showed extreme patience :) and was very gracious and willing to give expert advice with all our bathroom accessories, to “Frank” at delivery, who went over every item with us to make sure everything was included in the order. Even after a small “glitch” with the order—which was quickly and efficiently corrected—I would highly recommend!

Customer service nightmare. Overall very poor communication all around and very disappointed with the customer service received. We ordered items for 2 bathrooms remodels and were told it would be a 4 week turnaround. Fast forward 4 weeks and we found out that none of our order was in with multiple items on backorder for another couple month. At no time we were notified of this and would have 100% skewed us from not ordering with Bender. We had also prepaid for a tub that was in stock which ended up getting sold under us and had to get further delayed. The team did a good job scrambling and sourcing the parts from other suppliers after we discussed with them this mess. Nonetheless, it took 8 weeks to finally get everything in. I understand the inconvenience and sourcing difficulties in light of the stress on the supply chain from the COVID environment which could have been easily managed by better upfront communication.

Shopping.at.Benders.was.the.easy.part.was.told.that.Benders.would.be.Here.right.around.noon.At.9:20.they arrived.Iwas.also.told.I.would.receive.a.call.when.they.were.on.their.way.That.did.not.happen.Only1/2,of.my.order.arrived.I.received.the.rest.of.my.Order.the.next.day.Again.I.was.told.I.would.receive.a.call.in.advance.of.theDelivery.That.did.not.happen.Bender.driver.was.very.accommodating.

This was the best experience of our bathroom remodel from the first visit. Marie was very helpful and showed us our options. She made us get in the tubs on the showroom floor. It made a big difference in choosing one that had to be ordered to get an idea of how big it would be. We started with ordering all new bathroom fixtures, to just the tub, back to all the pieces again. Marie was helpful and courteous the whole time. Even though her hours were limited and showroom hours varied due to COVID-19 shutdowns, she got us through and we are very happy with our purchase.

Bender was awesome. Maria in Waterbury was so great that I never leave reviews but think they deserve one. I ordered a stone shower base and she made the process fast and easy with NO PRESSURE. Great job and I will be shopping there in the future.

Showroom staff is personable and knowledgeable. I would never shop at the big box stores. At Bender, you get to speak with someone who knows their products...and the support/communication is excellent. I worked with Maria and could not be happier. She was there when I had questions and helped me every step of the way.

Walked into the showroom looking to spend at least$15,000 on fixtures for a 4.5 bath, 4,800 square foot house only to find a showroom empty of sales people. The lady at the front desk tried to get someone to help me but the sales associates were short staffed and to busy to help. Stood around for about 15 minutes waiting while the salesperson who was there was on her computer. Walked out and drove down to Torrco where they went out of their way to help me. First and last time I will try Bender, felt as if I was a hassle to them

Im a truck driver, making a delivery to this place a few days ago. Sure, I missed my delivery appt, long story there for another time. But when I showed up, I told the receiving supervisor that Ive been having bad luck lately, and that as soon as I was unloaded, I could go on hometime. He told me that all his unloaders were on lunch at the time, and for me to wait in my truck. A short time later, he came to my truck, gave me my paperwork, and told me to enjoy my hometime. He unloaded me early himself! I didnt catch his name. But gestures like this make a bad day so much better! Thank you!
