We are considering remodeling our downstairs bathroom plus adding a stand-up shower to it. Maria Bufalini was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us to choose the best shower base and shower door to fit our needs. Maria was pleasant, helpful and Torrco had a nice showroom with a good selection. We highly recommend them!

Our salesperson, Samantha, was very helpful and we were given plenty of time to browse on our own. Several months after our purchase when our plumber was actually installing the shower fixtures we realized that we had inadvertently gotten a rain shower head. I called Samantha and found that it was no problem to exchange it for the one we needed and they credited our account with the difference. Very happy with the service!

I have been dealing with Torrco for many years and always find the perfect fixture I need for any project! I have dealt with Ron Mancini, Greg Daly and the showroom and they always go above and beyond my expectations. The showroom always has a wide variety to choose from. I recommend Torrco as the go to place to shop for plumbing!

We recently moved into a house with toilets from the 80’s that were very uncomfortable, hard to flush, and used too much water. We decided to take a trip to the Torrco’s design center in Waterbury to find more reliable toilets for our new home. They suggested the Toto right height units that use less than 1/3rd of water to flush. We replaced all our toilets with the Toto suggestion and it was the best decision we made! Our ability to save water and the reliability of the toilets are over the top. Not to mention, everyone in the design center was very friendly and very insightful. We will keep Torrco in mind for our next house project.

The Danbury Branch has been amazing. They ALL step up and help get materials to me. Even at the last minute, which unfortunately, is more often than not. They are also very good at helping me with special orders.

I have taken on a huge restoration project of an old home in Waterbury. My contractor asked me to go take a look at fixtures at the design center. While it was almost closing time for them, the ladies welcomed us with open arms....explained how the display room was set up...and helped me begin my journey of bathroom and kitchen fabulousness!! The showroom is expansive and interactive. Tina Jacovino, design manager, has been amazing and a wealth of knowledge! She asked me questions, showed me options in my budget, and we began the process. I am looking forward to working with her during my renovation! Start your renovation journey there!!

I purchased a shower system here and a faucet. When picking up products Make sure you go through all your boxes while at the store because I wasn’t given one of my items. Torrco did eventually give me the item after a round of poor customer service from one of the employees. My plumbers also had a really hard time installing the handle to the shower system because the wrong valve was given to me. After I tried calling and sent emails the employee said it was an error on my plumbers part however my plumbers explained to me that i was given the wrong part (valve) for the handle Torrco ordered for me. My plumbers then went down to Torrco in Waterbury and the employees there were not helpful at all. My plumbers then went to Benders and found great customer service and the right part. I will never shop at Torrco again.

Bought an American Standard toilet that was basically the same as Home Depot but $100 more expensive. Leaked since day one. Now spending money to repair.
