I love going to Bath & Body Works no matter what store I go into they are always friendly and very helpful, most recently the Bath & Body Works are lighting a candle which is cinnamon or pumpkin spice, it overpowers all the smells in the store making it very difficult to find a fragrance that I like it would be beneficial if they put the candle outside the store if they can do that that way when you are trying to smell different fragrances the pumpkin spice candle does not interfere.

Love this place and your staff is always simply amazing to me. Thanks for keep me super happy as your long time customer. I hate online shopping, rather be in your business.

Very nice customer service. One of the staff helped me out in selecting lotion. They always have the buy 2 or 3 and get 1 free deal, so I can never just buy 1 thing. U got to love it!

I got charged for 2 3-wick candles in store when I only bought one. The next day I go after work 30 min before they close & their doors are locked. When I worked in the mall you couldnt close early or you could get fined! Ive NEVER written a bad review but I am beyond upset. Hours said 6, not 5:30. Now I have to wait 5 days til my next day off so I can return during peak hours to get my money back because they cannot post their correct hours or employees close when they feel like it.

Had to restock my favorite lotions.

One of my all time favorite stores. This place keep my skin moisturized & scented. People always think Im wearing something super expensive. Always tell them its Bath & Body Works.

Friendly and helpful service

Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite stores. They always have a nice and clean facility for starters, and have super nice staff. They also have a very good selection of products seeing as how this specific facility is quite small compared to others. I definitely recommend going to buy stuff during their semiannual sale, however, because their products are a bit pricey.

Had a good hand soap sale. Their social distancing is very good.

They have their semi-annual sale going on which had some pretty good deals at 50% off everything .my only issue would be just its very difficult to smell one type of body lotion with the large scent in the air. These stores that have very good when its of attracting people in as we had no idea this was in the mall and only smelt it from the corner.

This location has very little stock, but the customer service was great.

I think I spend more money here than anywhere else. I love their scents and wall flowers. They always have great deals as well. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful.

B&B is one of the only places i could wear just about anything and it wont break my sensitive skin out. Love the coupons too
