I went to this pharmacy many years when Dennis was head pharmacist, but he retired and deservedly so. Then at least the same tech was there for quite some time, but recently they added a tech that I can barely understand, who doesnt know what Im asking her. If I ask her to repeat she says it louder, but volume is not the issue, annunciation is. She never seems to be able to find the prescription, or there is always some problem. Shes very abrupt and robotic, no customer service skills add to the lack of efficiency. I try to go when the head pharmacist is there and ask for him, just to avoid this, but its unfortunate.

I stopped at this store on my way home from work. It was an emergency situation. I pulled into the parking lot at 835 only to find the store being closed by the employees when all posted jours advertise 9:00. I am now forced to go to walgreens and miss out on my customer loyalty rewards. I am an avid rite aide shopper. The employees clearly clised the store early for their own convience. I am writing this post from the parking lot of the store which has been closed for 10 minutes now! Ridiculous! Poor job!!! 11/16/16
