Our experience with FFO was outstanding. LaRon was the best!! The two gentleman that delivered our new furniture were very professional. Even with a minor flaw to the headboard during shipping, they addressed the problem immediately. They gave us a discount! They are the best!!

Every stitch of furniture purchased at the store by us has been thrown away due to the horrible craftsmanship. Beds,kitchen tables, dressers, living room furniture. Dont shop here you will waste your hard earned money.

BUYER BEWARE!We purchased furniture from here. The couch was broken when it made to my house. they didnt want to replace it and refused to take it back and refused to refund our money. They keep coming out fixing a part that is not broken. This is has been going on for 7 months. Buyer beware. The management team is horrible and they dont want to make sure you are satisfied. I will never buy anything from here. This has been and still is a nightmare.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! A little over 6 months ago, we purchased a mattress set from FFO with a 10 year warranty. The mattress has begun to sag and not hold up well. When called to come out and look at them, they said they wouldnt honor the warranty because the mattress has a couple of stains of it. We have small children in the house!!!! Said someone should have explained the warranty to us when we purchased the mattress but they DID NOT!!!! Very disappointed in the customer service. Wont be buying anything else there...
