The Overall Experience was very solid in terms of positivity and this was arrived at by a combination of our dealings with the Express Kitchens TEAM in place every step of the way! Communication channels were open and productive from our Project Manager, who laid it all out to work from and recommended certain products to consider to the Customer Service Manager, who really went above and beyond for us to ensure we were pleased to the Countertop Stone Staff, whom we had the pleasure of meeting with followed by the vast workmanship skills put into action by the cabinets installer and the countertops installers as well.Thank you All and Well done!! :)

Designing with Harry was an exercise in patience. It was time consuming(took 4 hours) and stress inducing but my best advice is to stick to your guns. If you want something, make that clear.Cabinets came in a timely manner, delivery was excellent. We had 2 cabinet doors with deep scratches, we called and replacement was easy and fast.The template for countertop was also timely.The cabinets are well made and gorgeous, nothing was forgotten in delivery and we are very pleased with the customer service.We had our own guys install everything except the countertops as that is all included.I think that we got a great deal and excellent customer service as well as great workmanship with the cabinets. These are made in America, right here in Connecticut so when you buy from Express,you are supporting American craftsmanship and the local economy.

We met with Bob to go over our kitchen plans. He is absolutely outstanding to work, very knowledgeable, and honest. We came up with a great plan to do our kitchen and counters at an amzing price. We got all quality wood cabinets. We would highly recommend using them for your next remodel!

Cabinets are cheaply made and very expensive for the price. Lots of dings and damage marks.
