Good place to get your cheap electronics. Picked up a wireless headset for $10. Doubt itll last very long, but my son is happy with it. For $10, its not much of an investment. Probably the same as Amazon junk, and we didnt have to wait 2 days to get it. Lets see what happens.

Store is very clean for being in Waterbury!! Everything has been well stocked the last 3 times Ive been in there... However both times I was in there you can tell that people arent honest with ringing themselves out.The associates pay ZERO attention to whats going on in the store... All three times Ive been in there the last few weeks the associate by the registers has been on their phone paying no mind to whats going on.I would hate to see location shut down due to incompetent employees allowing theft and not doing their job.

I love this store for all of those little treats, for my daughter (age 5) this is her Nirvana! They have a wide variety of candy, stuffed animals and small toys as well as a great selection of seasonal goods. I have been impressed by their t shirt and flip flop selection for the summer. Staff is friendly and keeps this store clean.

Not to bad, the place is well kept and organized. New inventory being added regularly. But it is what it seems like which is just an impulse store. Its a great place if you are on a budget and want to spend on your kid. Plenty of times take a kid in there with $20 and they can pick up a few good activities on a budget. My reason for taking 2 stars is when a staff member said kids cant touch the books unless they are buying . Which is extremely FOOLISH because children pick books based off covers at a young age to read and saying that is discouraging. If they can touch anything with parental permission to take the one they want it is not another persons opinion to put in. And no my child isnt unruly. He wont even touch things in stores unless he gets my approval so the associate was just plain unprofessional.

I feel sad i have to give them that one star they dont even deserve that one star iv been at many places in my life i have never any met disgusting people like this accuse me of stealing Im there with my children she was so ignorant talking about if i dont like what we hear we can leave I told her to get the police for them to come and check us she said shes not going to do that. but why did she just announced to the whole entire store amd i would really like to clear my name bottom line shes wrong all around she should have called the police she is the employee and person making the accusations and isnt that store policy but she obviously knew she was wrongAt the end we met with the store manager he was very pleasant he apologize and sound very sincere which we accept and he invited us in to the store to meet with him i was able to let my kids finish up their shopping im happy i just hope it dont happened to anybody else i would have rather wish i didnt have to go through it at all but im very happy the store manager made it pleasant for us to shop there again
