Love how they always havevwhat i need no matter what holiday or event

I’ve been going to Party City for many years for all occasions! They usually have everything I’m looking for & then some! Usually I shop most @Halloween time & find the best stuff!!! I just recently purchased an xtra large Mylar balloon for my hubby’s birthday & it’s still full & floating outside going on 3 weeks!!! Now that’s quality!!!Thank-you! You never disappoint!

Ordered balloons to have them delivered. Provided simple, clear instructions to basically mix the colors. Ended up with all solid bunches with various amounts. If there was any issue they should have called me. I know they read the instructions since I ended up with the right amount of bunches but they weren’t arranged correctly at all. I only gave 2 stars because the delivery went well and was on time. (photo of 2 bunches for example)

I am a Shipt shopper and Parry City is 1 of many other places my company partners with to deliver customer orders, they have a great group of staff members who are very friendly super helpful and hard working. Love the Waterbury Party City Staff....You Guys Rock🤘🤘🤘

I went in to get balloons for my mothers 72nd birthday once I made a decision they were out of stock the sales rep Malik jump in and saved the day by offering other balloons even color coordinating them he really made the experience great

Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been greeted and treated so well. Each person that was there helped me and went above and beyond. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about their products, helped me save money, and flexible. All the while seemed happy to do so. It’s nice to go to a store and have people who understand customer service. I’ll go here for every party because of it!

Came here today to buy a few things for my daughters 4th birthday. Also purchased balloons. I just want to say how wonderful the customer service is. They are always busy and efficient. I needed to write a review because I feel like great customer service needs to be recognized.

The workers at this store were extremely nice and helpful and Chantel helped me with picking out the perfect pinata with my daughter. All workers I interacted with were pleasant. Check out was a smooth and easy process and worker Chantel was very nice and helpful and patient when I couldnt figure out which item to buy. . Please keep this location open as I utilize party city a lot! And I hope the workers continue to keep giving good customer service .

Has pretty much everything you need for your party. Had to pay an extra fee to make the helium balloons stay inflated longet but it was totally worth it. Worked like they said-- approximately 12hrs. Staff was helpful but not very friendly.

The young man that assisted myself and my daughter was not pleasant or helpful...basically he came off pretty rude as for the young lady that was working with him was pleasant and helpful thumbs up to her👍.This was the Sunday afternoon shift (management be aware)9/20/20

I love party city! We recently got a bunch of balloons for my bday party and the service was great. My only problem was the facility had an off smell to it, but that has nothing to do with the great service.

The staff was very helpful to our stupid questions and they had everything that we were looking for, for my coworkers party!! Super excited for her!!

The service is outstanding at this location. I got a beautiful balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday and it lasted a week plus inflated. Have bought costumes here too and they can be pricey for the quality. But have widest selection of party supplies around and a huge candy aisle if you need goody bag/ pinata/ wedding or shower favors

There were 3 employees behind the counter taking care of one customer. I just wanted balloons and after waiting 10 minutes, I gave up and left.

Need more help, needed a 3rd person i was in line 20mins with 1 person in ftont of me. The staff were pleasant and continue to smile

Love this location but today the employees were extremely rude. All you can over hear walking through the aisles is one of the staff members complaining about doing a task thats relevant to her job. Wont be back for a while. Thankfully online ordering is hassle free.

Went to get Halloween costumes for the kids it was nice they had a big wall with pictures of all the costumes( no rummaging through scattered mismatched tried on costumes), once you found the one you wanted there was a store employee right there( no waiting or wondering around the store looking for an employee) so you can give them the order number of the costume then they radio to the back room for the order and its ready for you when you walk back to pick it up. In and out in 15 min, and they had a security guard on hand.

Great staff. Very helpful. Ask for Malik. The dude helps you save a little money if he can.Just dont order anything online. The customer pays for the return no matter the issue apparently & only the price of the item(s) is refunded. While this is not the 1st time I had to pay to return something I have ALWAYS received the full cost of the item & shipping. Never dealing with them again.

Recieved exceptional customer service today by a young lady named Chantel. She helped me with my sons birthday balloons and helped me get the right ones so they would last the next day. I really appreciated her help and patience with me.

Malik was great, after calling and going to multiple party city stores, he took the time to get a item out of storage, when other associates at other locations just said sorry guess we dont have it, and the inventory says they do.

Got balloons etc for a birthday party, its been 3 months and the balloons are still floating

They have lots of stuff for putting together a party. You can most likely find what you need for a birthday or older age party. Good customer service. I notice they have alot of specific for the occasion type of things. However they lack bigger things like popcorn makers, snow cone makers, lighting kits. They have more of bare bones essentials and stuff with characters and not so much for themes. Halloween I definitely recommend going here, but dont be last minute like everyone else. They run out of sizes for costumes quickly.

As we arrived on Halloween day at 130pm to buy a costume ... Store was filled with people who like my family waited till 5 hours before candy time needless to say 8 out of 10 costumes were SOLD OUT but the employees tried hard to help.

Sick store it’s my hileidays now and everyone loved my costume great selection u just gotta make it urself and the staff there r amazing and only there to make u look good and have a sick ass party

I went to purchase 4 balloons for my daughters first birthday photos. I bought some other stuff because it was cute but very overpriced.As soon as i got home, all four of my balloons literally popped. When I called the store, they told me that because it happened outside of their store there was nothing they could do and if I wanted more balloons, Id have to come back and purchase more. I didnt even get an Oh Im so sorry about thatTHeyre latex freakin balloons, you couldnt offer to redo them for meParty Plus in wolcott is right up the road and worth the extra 5 minute drive. Will never go back to this store ever again
