This company was referred to put in tile on my basement floor through Home Depot. Two times they came to my house and were very unprofessional. The first time they came in and left without saying a word. Then I didn’t hear from them directly, only through Home Depot. Very little communication happened directly with me and them, only through Home Depot, which was not clear on either part. There seemed to be a major lack of communication between the woman that I spoke with, the technicians that came to my house and what was relayed to Home Depot. The second time the company lied to Home Depot about what transpired at my house, and again, I didn’t hear directly from the flooring company but through Home Depot. I started the flooring process in September... it’s January, and my floor hasn’t changed! Would NOT recommend them for any project in my home!
