Blasius had a model of truck I had been looking for priced at what I can only describe as a “great price”. I called immediately and was connected with Lauren. I told her I’d be there the next day with the intention of bringing it home. She then texted me pictures of the truck and walked me through everything I’d need to bring the truck home without returning another time (it was a 2 hour drive for me). Now normally after a sale the car goes through inspection but since this took place on a Saturday and the service department closed early, Lauren convinced them to do the safety inspection before I arrived. The car was spotless and shiny and pulled out right in front of the dealership. I felt super special when I pulled up and saw it. Lauren answered all of my questions and got us through the buying process as quick as we could. She walked me through the entire car top to bottom. A truly great experience and Lauren was absolutely amazing.

I found my car on line, and made an inquiry to see if it was still available. I live 75 miles away so I wanted to see if it was worth the drive. Raffaella from Blasius contacted me right away to say it was. Raffaella worked with me over the phone to work through details before I headed out and arranged a good time for me to come and see the car. Right from the get go, Raffaella was awesome. She was extremely honest and up front. I went to see the car and drive it and it was a great experience. She knew I had driven a long way to look at the car and had prepared me for having everything I needed in case I wanted to buy the car. (which I did).Glen from the finance department was just as friendly and supportive in getting everything taken care of in order to get everything wrapped up the same day. If it wasnt for the fact my insurance company was not open on the holiday, I would have driven the car home same day.I was going to pick the car up a few days later, after they prepped the car and added the ceramic protective coating, but during the prep, they realized the car needed new front tires. I went there for recall work. Recall is adding inserts to keys and not with the actual vehicle itself. I verbally denied and crossed off multipoint inspection on the service ticket because not only did I not want to spend more time there because I got off from an overnight shift and needed to go back that night which makes sleep important, but I also had bad experiences with dealerships in the past with just about all the times Ive been to one😢. The service writer stated every car gets an inspection so I told him just do the recall and nothing else.🤨 This means the car did not even have to go into the shop.An hour and a half after they pulled the car in, they gave me back my keys the the inserts and told me my car was in C27 which is around back of the building and about 50 yards down instead of the spots outs outside of the service entrance marked Finished cars.😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬I guess when you get work done that doesnt cost out of pocket, they show you just how valuable you really are. Just another example to reinforce why I dont buy vehicles or have them serviced at dealerships unless absolutely necessary. 😪

I have done business with Blasius for over 10 years both personally and through work. This particular experience was nothing short brilliant. Our Sales representative, Dan Barolli, was extremely pleasant to deal with. He has an amazing air about him that makes you feel like you are buying from a trusted dealership. His approach was truly representative of Blasius as a whole. I couldnt be happier with the way the process went.

Me and my boyfriend planned to see two cars. One wasn’t even at the dealership when we were told that it was, then when we got there, they had told us they would have the keys ready and it would be up front waiting. When we actually got there which was at the time we had scheduled to see it, they couldn’t find the keys later to find out it they had said it was taken out and then came back and told us it has been sold 20 minutes ago. My boyfriend had left work 3 hours early, we have a 3 year old which we explained to them and we still received no call that it had been sold before we got there. They all played it off like it was no big deal, the sales manager kept on talking over my boyfriend that’s the baby boomer generation mentality for you. We were really disappointed, most unprofessional group of sales men I’ve ever seen in my life, I’ve never had to do someone else’s job for them buying some of their merchandise. Great way to lose a sale and customer.

On this trip to Blasius Chevrolet I visited the service department. The staff is great, they are all very friendly, polite, and professional. However I gave only 2 stars due to the cost.Nearly 8000 dollars to install a transmission where another transmission garage quote was a little more than 3000 cheaper.Bottom line it seems like they are not interested in trying to stay competitive.I have even paid as much as 7 dollars and change for a single lug nut.

I had the experience of working with Jack in buying a used Lincoln Navigator. Due to the distance from me to the dealership, (93 miles), most of the deal was done over the phone. The price on the vehicle was good and Jack did a great job of explaining everything. However, due to weather, it took almost a week to service and detail the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership to pick up the Navigator, I noticed that there were several dents in the vehicle that were not mentioned to me during the buying process and were not visible in the pictures. It was also very clear that the vehicle had NEVER been detailed. I was assured that it had been and we went on our way. When i arrived home, i was looking through the trunk and noticed broken glass everywhere and items from the previous owner. I contacted the salesmen and the only response was you can bring it back to detail anytime. I dont feel that driving 2 hours and 25 mins to drop off my car for a mistake they made was a reasonable attempt at correcting the issue. They could have offered to send it to a local location, but did not. I think they could work on their customer service a bit more.

I purchased my 2021 Cadillac from Blasius Cadillac on April 10, 2021. My experience with purchasing the vehicle was wonderful. I drove 4 hours each way to get there and back as they had the exact car I was looking for. Since purchasing the vehicle on April 10, I still have not received my registration for this vehicle. Today is May 25. I have phoned them probably 25 times, they all promised to get back to me...ven the assistant manager and it has never happened. I actually told the assistant manager that I wouldnt get a call back, That they had promised so many times and hadnt. He assured me that someone would let me know what was happening, That was 2 weeks ago, still nothing. The paper plate they gave me expired on May 10th. Now I cant drive my 21 Cadillac that I am paying $654. a month for. I am no longer a happy customer.!!!

Their service is sub standard. I always get first appointment in the morning for an oil change which I paid for lifetime oil change. Twice now my truck sat for 1 1/2 before I left without an oil change. Went to jiffy lube and was done in 15 minutes. So I had to pay twice for an oil change. But this place makes too many appointments and they are already an hour behind at 7 am. Rediculous

She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process and did not disappoint in the end. In less than 2 weeks of working with her, I was driving off the lot with my very own Honda Civic at an incredible price. I seriously could not have been happier with my service!

Bought a car last week. Within 7 days of purchasing the brakes are squeaking, there is what sounds like a broken tie rod under the car, AND I have a check engine light for a cylinder misfire.But stuff happens, I get it. So I ask to take the car in and get a loaner car to use in the meantime. I ask for an appointment and I get “any time between 9-5 Monday through Friday”. I get here 9am, drop the car off, and they “don’t actually do loaner cars”Would have been great to know that before. Now I’m late for work and car sick in the backseat of a shuttle. Super cool. Shuttle driver is really nice though, hence the 2 starsEDIT: the check engine light for the cylinder misfire is mysteriously off after visiting them, even though it’s been on for 4 days. They say nothing is wrong with the car. I checked the code myself. Feeling like I got myself a $33k lemonEDIT: 4/6/21 now 5 days later, check engine light is back on 👍🏼

I was a returning customer who had a terrible sales experience and will never be back. I was sold a truck, which was already sold, but the sales staff only realized it after I had signed paperwork and my credit score was run, negatively affecting it. They were unable to find me another truck with the features I was looking for. The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and condescending only making excuses for their mistakes and never once offering an apology. My wife and I have both previously purchased vehicles through Blasius, but I can promise you neither of us will ever be back.
