You guys dont care about the welfare and safety of your employees. My sister applied for a job at this location and you gave her an overnight shift BY HERSELF. Thats reckless to have 1 person (especially a female) working overnight in a big gas station giving the climate of the times and rise in crime. When she brought up her concerns the manager there was completely dismissive. Two people should always be working during an overnight shift. Disgusting.

After my experience yesterday I will never go here again. I took my child to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I asked to speak with the manager and after waiting 5 minutes for him to come over to speak with me he told me “what do you expect it’s Waterbury “. He got an attitude with me like I was inconveniencing him. Maybe it was because I was disturbing him from drinking in the back because all I could smell is booze on him when he finally came over to talk to me.

Rudest cashiers I have ever run into in my life. Ill never go in there again. They need someone monitoring them while working. Unreal!!!!!! They should drug test their people.

Staff is Rude. Pumps are out of order, which is understandable since we had a snow storm. BUT there’s no signs on them saying they’re not functioning. I walked in to let the girl at the counter know to prevent issues with other customers and she was very rude about it and told me if my money goes missing for trying the pump that’s my own fault

Never have any coffee ready at 6am

This place is a dump. Staff is rude. The place smells like a dirty bathroom and why is it so dark inside. Its depressing at best. Also there is always someone begging for money outside. Cumberland should debrand this store.

Nice enough store, but getting in and out of the gas pumps is an act of acrobatic driving.

Very unsanitary . Coffee Brews are left on too long . Coffee tasted old ... The never have the right lids for your cup . They need to clean this store. Workers are nice in all but its a drity environment .
