I gave this location too many tries. Today took the cake. I ordered a pumpkin latte, they didn’t have the ingredients, I ordered their apple crisp macchiato, they didn’t have the ingredients. I don’t get how you can run out of your featured flavors so early. Finally, I just ordered my usual, which I don’t like getting from this location and they made it wrong. I was in line for 15 minutes and ended up with time and gas wasted. NEVER AGAIN! Get it together. I’ll go to Target.
Great restaurant. Really good food, good service, nice people. Clean and well-kept. Tasty and friendly. Conveniently located. What more do you want? I can definitely recommend. You should try this place. It is good.

This is the slowest drive thru on the face of the Earth. Ive waited for 30+ mins multiple times.
Just went in for a quick iced coffee and they were fast and efficient.
I usually only go in the morning but yesterday decided to stop by in the evening. They had none of the products I wanted, which normally I understand because theyre high in demand. Usually the employees are pleasant and suggest other drinks. This time around they were basically like we dont have that anything else. I just found it rude. I asked for a Grande, and received an upcharge of a Venti. I asked for light ice, received a cup full of ice. And when i asked for receipt the girl in the window looked around and without saying anything walked away. Horrible experience. I rather wait in line in the morning and know my order will be correct and the people will be nice than go in the evening again. Wont happen.
Came here on Easter evening and was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well. I wish I knew the ladys name (take-out drive thru window). No, I dont know her at all. I never come here. But she was EXCELLENT. She had so much energy and was so pleasant, it was like she owned her own coffee shop and was just opening for her first customer. Thats how pleasant and friendly she was. I expected mediocre service for a holiday evening, but Im so glad I was wrong. This lady should give lessons to local businesses on how to treat customers. Give her a raise!

I hate StarbucksThey put all sorts of chemicals in their products and if you look at the history of their company they are thieves. I always regret ordering a cofee from here. Smell the chemicals as they ooze out of your pores. Disgusting
We ordered online four drinks, we got to the place and the very rude lady at the counter just put our drinks down on thr counter and then said oh do u need a tray ? We said yes she went and got a tray and didnt even put the drinks in the tray . We had to do it .and we had to teach across thr counter to get straws because she didnt even give us any . very unproffessional we will not be going back to this ghetto starbucks ..

I went today December 29, 2020 to Starbucks and waited in the drive through for about 10 mins. Which I go every day for a coffee. I placed my order and asked them to steam the milk. The cashier gave me the price which was around 5 dollars and chance but when I went to pick up my coffee at the window he charged me 7 dollars and change. I asked him why are you charging me more and he replied that it cost more to steam the milk. I told him that you can’t give me a price then charge me 2 dollars more when I pay. He was so rude and he said “do you wan the coffee or not?” I said yes, I waited long enough on the line. The he gave me the coffee and slammed the window and walked away. I waited to get my receipt but he never came back to the window. (He was a heavy set guy with glasses working in the drive through window today when I got my coffee at 135pm) I have never been so disrespect. That kid should not be working with customers with that attitude.

This store seems newer. They are somehow not as stressed out from COVID-19 as some places. Theyre like mind readers & coffee Ambassadors at the same time. They put up with your 20 questions about this and that. I bet it takes weeks to train for this job. This store restored my faith in Starbucks. This one plus another recent one that allowed us to use the bathroom ( some dont because of COVID ).
No hats, not hair nets. Customers come in and take there mask down and they don’t try to say anything to cover there face. My coffee took 20 minutes because the barista was to busy flirting with a customer, wouldn’t even a knowledge I was there. My coffee wasn’t even made right, they put the sticker on it with my customizations and then give me a plain coffee with just milk. I’ll never come back here, Thais ain’t the first time I’ve gone in to pick up and order and they exhibited this type of behavior.
My main issue with Starbucks is that unlike DD they do not have their condiment, eg. sugar, straws, salt, etc etc, area open which is an inconvenience if you need to add something to your beverage or food. I understand because of covid issue ...not having milk/cream available but they dont even offer the little creamers like DD does

Always super busy but staff keeps the line moving and are always friendly and courteous. Excellent coffee, baked goods are fresh. Nice to have this alternative to other coffee places in Waterbury.
This is a great staff! However, if you plan to go, give yourself an extra 20 minutes to wait to get to in the parking lot or the drive-through

This is the second time that Ive been to Starbucks and Im sorry to me the coffee is too bitter tasting and even when you tell them you went right as in cream light you want it might they dont give it to you late in the bitterness just kills everything oh, my dad loves it, but me not a fan at all. I guess its all in your personal preference. And then the line at the drive-thru is out in the road and its like no matter when you go there its out in the road just very slow process for a not-so-great cup of coffee
I enjoy the coffee and lattes here and the only place you can get a decent decaf but way too pricey for everyday indulgence.
Horrible. Went to get a drink website says they are open. Sign out side door states that the lobby is closed and to go through drive thru. The are about 5 cars waiting with no sign on the drive thru that they are closed.This is at 4:30pm. I understand that the may not be open but at least put a sign up and let customer know
I usually go to play pokemon go but I love their hot chocolate can I go in side I dont see the sign anymore

Waited for all online orders to get served before I was served my coffee as a walk in customer. Pathetic. Also 2.31 for a coffee I gave them 2.35. They said they have no pennies so instead of giving me a penny break as a customer they took my 4 cents. Great customer relations.👎🏻
I love this starbucks i dont think I have ever received a bad drink or bad customer service. Sometimes there are a lot of cars but with the app you dont have to wait much.
The drive thru was busy so I went inside to order in person. The cashier decided to chat with a co-worker for about 5 minutes before starting to make me really easy order.
I love the convenience of the Starbucks and the staff is great but the drive-through takes for ever up to half an hour every time they can make that flow faster that would be awesome

Always service with a smile. Drive thru is always busy due to current world situation but they are open for pick up so you can order ahead. Regardless, drive thru moves as quickly as possible.
I ordered a personalized coffee and they mistook what I said about the mocha drizzle so they went to correct it but instead gave me one with Carmel drizzle again. I have two coffees one with the wrong drizzle and one with no drizzle.

Starbucks is a little pricey but delicious. They offer very good items for the health conscious. I love them. The baristas are always very courteous and professional.

I called them to try to get some answers about a mobile order I had accidentally placed at their location and was literally laughed at over the phone. I was told “to take it up with the store”. I don’t know if this was a joke or a prank but I was not amused at all.

Mobile order was not ready until 30 minutes after ordering. And was out of cole brew by time they filled it although online order system said they had it when ordered. Was not acknowledged when standing at pickup counter. Disappointing experience.
Worst Starbucks. I ordered through the mobile app. My order wasn’t ready despite having 5 people working. Several customers were complaining that their drinks were wrong. They had to remake 2 orders while I waited and watched. Perhaps I should have learned from watching the other customers because when I finally got my order 20 minutes later, mind you it was a mobile order, my drink was definitely wrong. I ordered a featured flavored latte but instead I got lukewarm unflavored nothing. I was so frustrated from waiting that I didn’t check my drink before leaving, stupid me. If you’re going to this Starbucks make sure you taste your drink before leaving. With a good amount of staff, apparently they are doing something very wrong.
The young man are the window was incredibly kinds and funny. Ill definitely be returning.

Very clean, nice staff. The drive-thru has been getting pretty slow lately though - its been a minimum 7 minutes to get through the past few times I have gone (all different hours of the day - morning, late morning, afternoon, evening). If they could fix that I would be happy to increase the rating.

I went in today from the drive thru. Long story short.... worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced from Starbucks. I repeated my order multiple times and she still didn’t get it right. And when I returned one cup because she didn’t add no sugar or creamer what so ever like I asked the top was opened she spilled it, got mad at me like I was a child, rolled her eyes and said “what’s this” and “you can’t do this”. Hello!!! Get the order straight if you don’t want people returning drinks. I will not be returning here. She returned the coffee in a dirty cup, no napkins or apology. If I wasn’t in a rush to get on the road I would have returned into the store. Never experienced anything like this before. The service was rude on so many levels.
The service is good. The drive-through has higher level of technology than Ive seen probably in any other establishment. However, I just dont like their coffee. Anyway its made I just dont like it and I gave it a try about a month ago or so so heres my review no way do I want to bash them so Im giving three stars because they do what they do well and I know a lot of people do like their coffee. If anyone has suggestions on a possible your coffee to get there if I dont like that real strong taste and flavor that all of their coffees so far that Ive tried seem to have pleaseas leave something in another comment for me
Typical busy starbucks
Always a great stop for the coffee of your choice. Most convenient off the 84 exit for a quick order at the drive in window. Staff are most pleasant and your order is served up in minutes. One of the best stops on West Main st.
My favorite Starbucks store, I often grab a vanilla chi and hang out a few hours reading a book while grabbing some baked goods throughout and the bathrooms are spotless. The vibe is super chill and relaxing, and quiet enough for me to read uninterrupted. The staff is pretty cool and makes my vanilla chi perfectly every time.
Literally the worst Starbucks ever. The drive thru wait time is unbelievable and inconvenient. Over 7 minutes waiting in line for nothing because i left. The line wasn’t unbearable it’s just the staff. This isn’t the first time i left without service. Probably never going to return to this location.

Did mobile order..did not know the lobby was closed because the app allowed me to order for pick up. Walked to the door and someone came over and told me take the drive up longggg line to get my mobile order that I ordered 10 mins prior to arriving. (I’m sure it was ready at the time). Got to the speaker and said I have a mobile order and was told “Come around”...drove around the traffic thinking I could’ve skipped the line and I’m being told I need to go back in line! It’s now over 30 mins and I Know my drinks were ready and the ice was Melting! When I said cancel my order and give me my money back...she says “l can get you your drinks” while still arguing with me! Made me late for work! Made me angry! Got Watered Down Drinks!Did not get ONE apology like it was MY fault that I was able to order online or that the girl at the drive up window was maybe having a bad day!
Quick and friendly staff, but the parking lot is always completely full. Its one of the only Starbucks Coffee places to ACTUALLY give me the tea exactly the way I ordered it.If the parking situation is addressed, probably because of its employees parking in the same place, it would be perfect.

Horrible. I placed a mobile order at 13:45 arrived at 13:53. The teller said my order was ready. I got to the window at 14:10 and my order wasnt ready. They said they never received my order but then 2 minutes later found it just to find out they no longer had my latte. I didnt want a refund I wanted a replacement that I already paid for . Then they also forgot my sandwich I ordered. This place is getting horrible and they want $15 an hour for what! They cant get orders right
Stopped this morning and went to the drive thru. Ordered an iced latte. The person taking the order was rather cheerful and got the order correct. When I got to the window they made a hot latte. I let the person know who was different from the one who took my order. They acted like I was wrong. I eventually got the correct drink and all I got was a here you go- even I apologized, for what I dont know. I am not one to be rude or ask for corrections to my drinks all the time. But when something does happen I think they should appreciate their customers more. I also feel like all they did was put a hot latte in an iced cup instead of remaking it. I know this is one bad experience but I expect more from Starbucks as a customer.

We popped in here around 6:30 am, ordered a green tea, they didnt have what I wanted and selection was slim, but here is why Im giving this Starbucks a 5 star rating. I also ordered a solo long, I generally have to explain to Starbucks workers what that means, but not this time. Leah heard me, and before the guy taking my order could say what is it you would like Leah said you want a long shot that was music to my ears. Not only that, she made me the best long shot ever!

We finally got a Starbucks in Waterbury! But, whoever came up with the plans to build it where they did was a horrible idea. There is NO parking, people ALWAYS park in the handicap parking, when they do NOT have a valid ct handicap sticker. The drive thru is extremely small and there are many fender benders due to the line going out the drive thru and into the main road. It’s dangerous and not worth a coffee. The staff is nice, but this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everytime I do a Mobile order my drink is ready but my bakery item is never ready and then I have to wait forever to get it. I come to Starbucks at least once a day and every time I go to this Starbucks, I fee like I’m waiting so long just for an iced coffee.

I ordered at the drive-through and the barista taking my order kept repeating the order incorrectly. I repeated the order louder and she still got it wrong. I repeated a third time even louder and her response was: I couldt hear you, you didnt need to yell at me. Please learn the difference between yelling in anger and increasing the volume of my voice so that you can get the order right.
