Watch out for skimmers on gas pumps, we had to change our cards twice due to unauthorized charges of hundreds of dollars after paying at the pump with a card. We discovered it was in this place that our card got cloned because we got a new credit card at the peak of the pandemic and due to lockdowns we just used it once and it was to get gas at this gas station ( I used first pump once you enter) A few days later we got the alert from the bank. Its a nice place with nice staff, but since is not crowded during the nights is perfect for these types of scams.

Young man at the front desk had a very unnecessary sarcastic attitude. Plus was not wearing a mask during this COVID-19 pandemic. Very disappointing.

Great atmosphere inside this place. Have a really nice hot food section order to go breakfast sandwiches, chicken beef items. Cheap gas price compare to other stores.

Great price on gas. $2.39/gal debit / credit price. Would have given 5 stars for same price as cash for Debit cards. I hope they consider it. Along with keep the prices down and affordable. Inside is clean, fresh and all new. You can still smell the newness (wood?). Cashier was pleasant and courteous.

Profuel has great quality gas and great prices. Big selection on drinks and staff went out of the way to help me. I go here daily for scratch tickets. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Waterbury area.

Went in there tonight. Cashier not wearing a mask again. Disappointed. People in restaurant area not wearing masks while working in and around the food area. Been in there in the morning, usually catch an attitude from young kid who never wears a mask.

I have never eaten at a gas station deli because they make me feel like Im going to get sick but this honestly has such good food and at such a low price I go here about once a week with either my friends or my family to get a quick omelette or sandwich or wrap if Im going somewhere and their actual gas station in section is extremely nice also

It says its open 24/7 dont believe it I was just there to get gas in this ice storm and what do you know there closed. Dont say 24/7 if you dont follow it.

Good place

Went in to make a purchase, handed the cashier a $20, gave me change as though I gave her a $10. When I tried to tell her I gave her a $20 she argued with me that I did not. So I was out $10. Rather than check her drawer she just argued. What ever happened to taking the customers money and laying I across your till so that mistakes like this do not happen?? Are cashiers not trained that way anymore? And since when did it become appropriate to argue with customers?
