Tabitha is always very helpful when picking out jewelry. I always see the rest of the staff working very hard to help others as well. Great customer service, fair pricing, and lifetime guarantees! Awesome place!

I walked in and walked right out. I stood there and not one out of 3 people in there even attempted to say anything to me. They all just looked and ignored. If you’re busy it would be nice to at least have a “hello, I’ll be with you in just a second” (not to mention that they literally had no one), but looks like no one knows about costumer service in this place.

I left very happy with my purchase. Vivian took care of me super well, she helped me in absolutely everything, she showed me many designs until I finally found the right one. my rating is 5 because it was excellent customer service. and where they take good care of you, you always hope to return.

I love my piece and that is what makes my rating so high. I went into Kay with a cash budget I had in mind mainly because I didn’t really want to have to pay interest on something and I prefer living within my means. We did get something on an amazing deal but we felt pressured to apply to all these means of financing something more expensive than my budget just because but I felt good about my purchase until I had to get my item resized. It was promised by a certain date and I called because it was later in the afternoon and I didn’t hear from them. When I called, I got a rude, “we got the box from the repair shop and didn’t open the box yet, we will call you if it is in there.” I tried to explain I was working farther away and wanted to make sure I could make it there by close and felt just dismissed because I wanted my ring that I went against my plan and spent more than intending. I felt like they were so urgent on selling me something but then when it came down to keeping the good customer service alive they threw it down the drain with their failure to listen and just dismissing me. I got my ring in my possession, I’ll do my required maintenance, but I will no longer patronize this Kay Jewelers location and maybe have better luck and better customer service at their many other locations around the state.

Reviews are important to me. Bad reviews carry twice the weight. Kay Jewelers, please take note.

Staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find the perfect ring even with my limited intrest in the inventory on hand. Be sure to ask for Kay!

When you there to buy they have excellent customer service but when you need help forget about it. They are either too busy or dont have people to do it. Bought a watch so I could use for my trip and needed another link added and they couldnt do it for me. So I cant use my watch till I come back from my vacations. Im not interested in buying here again.

Worst jewelry store ever! My diamond fell off my ring with 8 months of having it repaired. I went back to fix it and was told there is nothing they could do I would have to pay to fix it again. I was never told I had to go there every six months to get it checked. Seeing it was the employees job to inform me and they didn’t you’d think they would be quick to help a customer but NO they wanted more money. If I could put zero stars I would they don’t even deserve the one.

My boyfriend asked for a silver figaro chain for Valentine’s Day. I had looked specifically at this Kay jewelers location online and looked up silver chains in which they had quite a few options available IN STORE. I went here yesterday to look. I was ignored by the three or four associates working. Okay maybe they like for you to come to them so you don’t feel pressure I get it; but a simple hello is not difficult. Finally I asked a woman if they carry and silver men’s chains. She immediately said no they don’t (blatant lie) in a snotty tone and she pointed across the way and said go to Michaels they probably do with a fake smile. Oh okay then. I went to Michaels and they were super nice and didn’t make me feel like just because I wasn’t spending thousands my business was not worthy. I did buy a very nice chain at Michaels so thank you Kay jewelers for the referral. The thing is little did Kay’s know that my boyfriend and I have been discussing engagement rings and he actually mentioned going to Kay’s to shop. I will now make sure he goes to Michaels. Every kiss does not begin with Kay!
