Sharon went above and beyond in helping me order my upgrade/forever engagement ring. My husband had proposed to me with a three stone ring from Target, but after 3 yrs of marriage, we finally found/can afford a replica of it in diamonds. Thanks Sharon! Im so thrilled to have found the man of my dreams and now the ring to match it. Cant wait to flaunt it ;).

Ive had the absolute pleasure of working with Sharon, the store manager here at Zales. She went above and beyond for me, as Im all the way in Texas. My experience with working with her gives me confidence that this store is ran similarly. Went to buy new wedding bands for my wife and I. They helped my wife but because I am a size 14 ring. They didnt want to be bothered to help. All they would say is go online and look for your size. I went online and found the exact ring they told me wouldnt come in my size does come in my size. They just didnt want to be bothered to look it up for me. I am a firm believer in doing shopping in person because it saves jobs. But hey if they would rather I shop online instead of in person than so be it. If you tell enough people to go online yourself then Good luck keeping your jobs.

I ordered & paid in full my wife’s wedding band 5 wks ago. I called on 10/9/19 to track it & was told 2 different stories. I finally spoke w/ the store manager on 10/10/19 to only find out that the special order was never put in place so I waited 5 wks for a ring that was paid in full but never ordered. Now I have to wait another 8-10 wks for the ring 2 then wait some more wks for it to get sent out for sizing. Now here I am waiting almost 5 months for one single ring. I will NEVER deal w/ ZALES again.

Walk in to get your ring resized and polished, they ask if you have the sole receipt on you. Yeah right the receipt from 2 yrs ago on me while I just happened to be in the area, that in this digital era. They just want your money for the service contract but dont really want to honor it.

Do not buy here, the sales people are liars and will say anything to get you to buy. They sold my husband a wedding band and said it was 14k and it was only 10 he didn’t realize it until he picked it up after having it sized for me. Then on another occasion hubby purchased me a necklace I requested the chain be sturdy and not able to get knotted as it’s one of my issues with another necklace I have, she said it was their “best” rope necklace and wouldn’t knot, totally false! I can take it off and within seconds there’s a huge knot on it! Difficult to remove I’d have to take it to the store every single time for them to fix it which is annoying. These people just want to make a sale and will say ANYTHING to get you to buy. Stick to a real jeweler not these phony people.
