I walked into this buffet at about 6:20 on 4/11/21 with my husband and two kids. Upon arriving we noticed the restaurant was practically empty maybe about 3 other families seated at a table. Another family was leaving and the hostess check them out and just walked away and didnt even acknowledge us. We stood there for about 3 minutes she came back and picked up something again and walked away. It is like we werent even there. I started to wonder what was happening.Another man came up to pay and she came back and checked him out and started getting busy with cleaning up the front, I started to say excuse me, she barely looked up and my husband looked at me and said lets go!. I am not sure what was happening, I couldnt help but wonder if her attitude towards us was racially motivated (we are a black family). I dont know! Upon walking out my husband said he saw a mouse running from under the refrigerator at the front. So, with that being said, I would never go back to this place.

I went to the restaurant and the food was great! I love it there but i dont go there very much because i work BUT thats besides the point, TOTALLY recommend this place! And if you dont like it here youre more than free to leave. Love this place!!!!!

The only impressive thing about this buffet, is how they manage to uminpressive. You order lemonade They bring you water with a pice of lemon in it... You order ice tea They bring you ice and tea literally..if that isnt impressive I dont know what is..best yet chicken nuggets from McDonalds just amazing.. well if you like chicken nuggets from McDonalds this is the place for you...

I was at the buffet yesterday and normally Ive been there on other occasions and its been okay not excellent but okay... anyways.... I saw a mouse running around the table living in the booths!! The thing wasnt frightened! It was the absolute most gangster mouse I have ever seen!!! It was there chilling practically talking to people! When I complained about the mouse the hostess pretended like she didnt hear me. She didnt comment; she didnt say anything. She just walked away laughing and speaking in a foreign language. I asked for my table to be moved and we were moved. I still felt wrong so we picked up the check and left. On the way out I noticed how dirty the restaurant was, I wont be returning.

Every meal is good, the place clean fast and not to much expensive...

This place is great! The buffet is always well stocked with a variety of enticingly presented, perfectly cooked food. My husband enjoys the sushi very much, and the staff who make it are very creative with the appearance of the different rolls. Most of the restaurant (besides the bathroom) appears clean and the waitstaff is attentive and helpful.Neither the value nor the food can be beat. By far my favorite Chinese restaurant, Anywhere.Atmosphere is relaxed, casual. Decor is pretty.ALSO, the Koi are beautiful and well taken care of. We really like feeding them, and for .25 cents, you can buy a capsule from a gumball machine containing a portion of fish food! Then you recycle the container in the provided receptacle to be refilled and placed back into the gumball machine.*Downfalls:-The wasabi sauce needs more wasabi, less soy-They only put out a minimal amount of crab legs over long stretches of time, just enough for 2 MAYBE 3 people to have a decent amount, then no more for awhile, AND-The bathrooms need to be better maintained and/or checked more often*

Sat down started eating with my boyfriend while we were eating I saw something run across us on the ground and noticed it was a mouse. We both lost our appetite and left quickly. Will not be returning to this place.

Dont go there. The place is dirty, out of place and nasty. Super stinky!!! Went there today 3/18/21 and we decide to never return!! Awful place!!! I dont know why, but everything was super nasty!!!!!

This place is great! What do you really want from a buffet?? Just keep the food fresh and stocked, which they do an ok job of. Im an uncommon human and eat and ungodly amount so may not be the best judge when it comes to fine dining. Either way I love this place. Cookies and cream ice cream tasted like mint though 🤔

They have the same food on the menu every time need to change the menu sometimes but the food is still good

What appears to be black mold is on ceiling above buffet as well as walls & around vents. Bathrooms are atrocious. Bench seating is cracked & peeling. Koi pond is murky.

This place is dirty. It was empty so no excuses not to clean, clean and clean. The food was barely warm. $36.00 for two with drinks. Won’t return. The selection was very limited for a Friday Evening.If we don’t get sick tonight I will be amazed.

My husband and I came for the first time today. We were somewhat skeptical at first, but everything exceeded expectations! Our waitress great! Very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable about the product! The food was delicious, the place had a great atmosphere and was very clean! We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends!

Half of the buffet tables were not set up with anything. The trays of food that were on the buffet tables were almost empty and dry. Most of the dessert tables were empty. Floor was sticky and my husbands and my shoes stuck to the floor, including the carpet area. Very disappointed.

Store isnt well maintained, the booth we were initially sat at had a seat sinking into the booth. Then we were sat at a different booth which also had the same issue. The plates looked suspiciously unclean. The food was ok. But they had closed down half the buffet by the time we got there at 6PM, they were closing at 10PM. And the food that was available was very limited, and it looked like the food had been sitting there for hours. I love buffets, but was very disappointed in this one.

Most of the restaurants I have visited have been visited. I think this is my most satisfying one!Their buffet prices are very reasonable, clean, I have visited many times, and I am not sick. Will come back again!

I recently went to this buffet to try it out and to spend time with my family and one of my daughters find a bug in her plate of fruits (grapes) and I immediately told the waitress and she was totally lost walking around touching the dead bug and told the host something in foreign language I think Chinese and the host told us “I give you 5% off”, i said “what my daughter just found a bug on her plate and you telling me just a 5%” mind you I’m trying to be as low as I can trying not to make a show and ruin this business or let the other people enjoy their food, but my point it’s look out what you going to eat before you put the food in your mouth, before you sit make sure your seat it’s not dirty because table was sticky. The sodas were flat and forks dirty, I thought this Emperial buffet was good but I was totally wrong, be careful.

Still my go to place for a HUGE meal at a reasonable price. The food is as good, if not better than your typical Chinese restaurant, but with the addition of sushi and sashimi. Plus desserts and American food. But the shrimp cocktail is what brings me back. I eat pounds of them and then continue with the rest

Not impressed. Not sure why it all of a sudden went down hill. Food was bad and fortune cookies were stale but one outta three of them. I know this virus mess messed things up but come on. Why does the food we consume gotta be just as messed up. Not sure if ill ever go back there again. My family and i used to go there for years.

I go there a couple of times a week. Food is fresh hot with a large variety. Fresh sliced steak, chicken, crab, salmon, and shrimp!! This place puts most buffets in the area to shame. Not just defrosted and reheated processed stuff like other places. Good prices. My go to place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Definitely do NOT recommend. Didnt even deserve one star. The staff is beyond rude and disrespectful, and the foods quality isnt high either. AND ITS BEYOND EXPENSIVE! Nearly 3 dollars for a soda that I got over half an hour late? Dont think so. They even charged me for the service charge that I never even got! And also VERY unsanitary (knifes and forks were very dirty) business should just give up and close down before they catch themselves at court over something that couldve been avoided. Either change or GIVE UP!

I’ve been coming here on and off for years but after yesterday I will never go back. My family and I went here yesterday and 3 of us got sick. I got the worst of it and had to miss work today. My husband got the hibachi and was served his food on a dirty plate. Avoid this place for your own safety!

The carpet inside was so dirty the shoes get sticky the salad was real disgusting and we paid four people $75 she overpriced when I asked why the carpet is dirty ask the owner she says he needs to be the cleaner thats mean covid-19 need to be clean and not sticky place

Waitress brought our check over at a buffet where they did nothing but seat us. Stood over me as i signed the check and said oh thats all i get for a tip? I wish i had it on video. Ive never been strong armed for a tip before but hey there is a first for everything Will never go here again. Tables, silverware, and plates were filthy and the food made me sick within 20 minutes. Avoid at all costs. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Good food quite atmosphere

The food was good. Not all of the food is good though. I went with my dad once and the shrimp was cold. I also went with my friend. My friend and I paid before. The waitresss gave us a dirty look and say pay after. They ended up letting us pay before We were also ten cents short and they were debating on letting us in. Really?! Ten cents?! Also, the food is overprice. The price is $30.72 for two people and we have to pay $2.00 extra for soda which is ridiculousness. I would rather save my money and go to the store to get 3 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of pasta. Thats cheaper than the price for 2 people.

It was so GOOD i loved everything about it the staff was super nice too and the food was so excellent and it just looked nice too.

Just your standard buffet. I didnt try the hibachi but the seafood was pretty good. And the raw bar didnt upset my stomach so thats a plus.

Very very dirty. Food was good til I looked around.. the back of house door was open, floors flooded and littered withFood. The sushi area literally smells like poo, and the entire area behind the sushi bar is just so very dirt and disgusting. Made me feel sick and I wish I looked around prior to eating. Lots of variety of different foods. I liked a lot of stuff but not everything I chose, but Im just picky. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I felt the walls next to where I was sitting were dirty and the bathroom looked dingy and didnt have a great smell. Otherwise that I would return again, just not my favorite place. I thought prices were good.

Basic Chinese buffet with some other dishes as well. Veggies steamed well. Meats mushy from too much MSG. Good rawbar Sushi available. Reasonable prices.
