Recently purchased a motorized bed and mattress from the Waterbury store. After shopping at many stores and being told 6 to 10 weeks we were able to get a mattress and bed in 2 days. I dont write many reviews, but after going to Mattress For Less I decided I needed to leave one. I recently moved and needed a new mattress. I went to a variety of stores and felt pressured to take the first one I saw, which in most cases was the most Expensive. After going to Mattress for less I felt confident I was getting a good deal, the employe who was there was very respectful and took his time and explained the financing and the delivery process super nice guy. I 100% recommend this place!

My husband and I needed a new mattress. We went to Mattress for Less in Waterbury, and we were greeted by multiple people. The woman who helped us guided us through the store and gave helpful advice, based on our needs (not based on selling the most expensive mattress). She was patient as we tried different ones and gave us time and space to talk alone to make a decision. We bought a mattress and had it delivered (delivery was on schedule). Our mattress is amazing!! I was dealing with so many aches and pains, and I feel so much better. I highly recommend this store for the customer service and the product.

I never write reviews but please avoid this place, they will sell you a mattress with a strong chemical scent that takes months to go away. I could not sleep in the mattress I purchase for 6 months due to the strong chemical scent. I tried returning the mattress that same week but they would not accept the return. I was told the mattress was 558, I took their finance option which the told me if i payed it off in 3 months i wouldnt owe anything else, I tried to pay off the mattress before that time only to come to find out that the total isnt 558 if you finance, the total came out to over 1k which they never explained. take your money somewhere else

Was just looking for a reasonably pricedtwin set for extra bedroom. Was in and out of the door in 10 minutes with a mattress, box spring and frame at a very great, inexpensive price. No pressure or attempts to upsell.
