BUYER BEWARE - their return policy posted in smaller print at the bottom of the receipt is strict and severe: none (not even an exchange) after 7 days and theres a 25% restocking fee. This is in comparison to what a lot of consumers are familiar with from the name brand stores. You need to be very attentive to the timing because, as Dan says, thats our policy without exception. My rating is based on my consumer experience with regard to flexibility and customer care.

Second time I went to this place to pick up a nozzle and they gave me the wrong one even when I brought in the actual nozzle and cap. It’s a red cap 0.75 80H and he gave me a black cap .75 80NS. I said it wasn’t the right one and they insisted it was the correct one to use. Costed me two service calls in the past two years.

I came in shortly after they opened on a Tuesday morning. i needed a blower motor for my gas furnace. the gentleman behind the counter told me that they do not carry any parts for heat systems. despite having heating supply in the name of the company. give me a break.
