Maximum Sight & Sound has been the best experience we have ever had with purchase & set up of television & receiver. From purchase to installation, it was a complete service. Even followed up with us afterwards.

The 2 men who installed my attic antennae were within 15 minutes of the time scheduled. They ran TV cables from 3 of my TVs to my new antennae and for the basement to the outside box used by my previous Direct TV satellite. All work was done neatly, my reception is better than satellite, and I am currently getting 30+ local channels on all 3 TVs plus getting Samsung TV Plus free 60ish channels and 2 other free service providers. I have over 100 channels, 7 food channels, 5 home fix up channels similar to HGTV, many movie channels, and my cost to view TV now is at $0.00! Great job, professional staff, and the price was good. Called to check on a reciver that has hdmi 2.1 pass through for newer tvs that support 4k at 120 htz and xbox series x and ps5 and the new rtx video cards . They did not know anything about hdmi 2.1 or the ports or really anything to do with it. Not sure how you can be a home audio store and not know these things, they just said its somthing we dont have but did not seem like they had a clue what I was talking about, he was nice but not very knowledgeable

Very knowledgeable old style TV service center! If you want to be a cord cutter definitely stop by and talk to them. I live in a marginal reception area and they put together a solution that worked great. Their work in what was a challenging installation was top notch. Im an extremely satisfied customer.

These guys are the best! Theyve done quite a bit of work for me over the years. They have staff that really know what theyre doing. This time a television I bought from them was almost 20% less than what it was on Amazon. So you not only have great service and installation, you have the best price as well!

Update: They were out again yesterday to help install professional grade wifi. Exceeded my unreasonably high expectations!Great Service! Very knowledgeable and competent technicians. They helped me rewire my entire house in just a few hours time.

Ive bought three large TVs from them. They did the installation at my house and did well. Price is competitive. Id hesitate to buy a big one from Amazon. MM&S delivered and mounted on the wall. Very reasonable and well -done.

Update 2/13/20: Talked to Terry, the owner of Maximum Sight and Sound and he admitted that the person who worked on the tv messed up and it didn’t have the original parts still in it like I thought when I took it to Fish Electronics. He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn’t take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.Original review: Had poor service with this place and they ruined the mainboard in my tv. Took my television there for repair after it unexpectedly went out. Never received a call from them about what might be wrong with it or any time frame about when it might be finished or when I called to check on it and was told one part ordered arrived broken and had to be repaired. I don’t expect a call everyday but at least some type of communication instead of me always having to call to get updates. First was told the backlight went out and then they couldn’t get it couldn’t get it work and after replacing all the parts except for the screen which was suspicious since the screen was still coming on before it left my house. Took it to Fish in Waverly which is where I should have taken it to in the first place. They were able to replace the backlights which were out and found damage that someone had done damage and broken parts on the the Mainboard (Paul from Don’TV/ Maximum Sight and Sound). No one had had touched the inside of the tv previously and it was a five year old Panasonic. Fish was able to repair the broken pieces on the mainboard and get to come on again for a few minutes before it would shut off again but the mainboard still needed to be replaced due to damage and there isn’t a replacement. There was nothing wrong with the screen as I was previously told. Recommend Fish where I got good communication and not this place. My family went here years ago back in the 80’s and had good service when they still had Curtis Mathis and my brother needed a repair on a tv in the 90s.
