Id like to thank the team at Witham Collision Center for the work they did on my F150. They were very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

Julie Finzen, Claims Manager was amazing helping us deal with the damage done to our F-150 body and transmission by a big deer making its last highway crossing. We were road weary after 3 hours or so on the emergency lane on a highway 90 minutes from the Ford Dealership in Waterloo, Iowa. AAA had dropped our call and didnt call us back. Julie helped make arrangements for a tow and for a campground for the new trailer that was attached to our truck. She was also a tremendous help dealing with our insurance company for our rental car and repairs for the truck. She even helped us find a veterinarian for our dog. Our stay in Iowa was longer than expected (2 weeks) but eventually all the diagnostics were done, negotiations with the insurance company resolved and the parts ordered and then installed. Julie and Kevin (head collision manager - I think) kept us up to date with all that was going. Working hard to get us on our way back to Indiana. Julie and Kevin even called on their personal cell phones after the derecho went through and power was out. Kevin even called during a day he was dealing with storm damage. We felt they both cared about our situation despite everything else that was going on and we appreciated their help. Witham Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my car for me. They were efficient and upfront about the cost of the repairs. The staff there were excellent with their communication at all steps of the process. Being able to go back a few months later when something wasn’t working right and have an “on the spot” look was so appreciated! They took the time to really make sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process!

The people at Witham were amazing. They make sure that you are feeling okay and address everything to make sure that you have clarity. The repairs done to my car made it look fresh out of the factory. You wont have to worry once your car is in their hands!

I brought my van here after the Derecho. All the body shops in Cedar Rapids were not even making estimates, with the earliest possible appointment for just an estimate not until November. Witham was able to get me in right away. They worked with my insurance company to not only take care of the initial estimate, but also for additional repairs found after starting. And the finished result looked great.But the biggest help came after I got my van back. I found two mechanical problems related to disassembly/reassembly, and they gave me the option of taking it to my local Toyota dealer to fix rather than going all the way back to Waterloo, and they paid the dealer directly for the repairs.The people were also wonderful to work with, patient when explaining or answering questions, and great at keeping communication open, even after I identified the problems.I may live far away, but I wouldnt hesitate to return here in the future. They say they stand by their work, and they followed through for me.

Witham Collision Center was the perfect choice for me. I had a stream of bad luck first getting nailed by hail, then hitting a deer just weeks apart. Julie and Angela made my experience very easy. They took care of it all. From getting me a pickup delivered to me. And the truck was brand new. I just simply ask Angela if i could get a truck as a loaner. She didnt hesitate to ensure me i would. And she did. Took body shop a week and a half to complete. I even had them replace trim that got replaced with white instead of chrome. They made it my way, my choice, and they got it done. Thank you body shop boys, Kevin, Julie, and of course Angela. Perfect choice for me no doubt!If I have anymore trouble they will be my first call. Very satisfied with the work. Thanks again.

Initially I had went to a different Withams, in Cedar Falls, for a faulty part in my 2020 Fusion, and was not pleased when my new car of 2 months, was damaged. After a long process of back and forth, and reluctance on the other Withams part, I got in touch with a manager at the Cedar Falls one and he eventually got my in tough with the Collision Center Of Waterloo. It had already been over a week of waiting and frustration at this point with the Cedar Falls Withams, so I was surprised with how fast the Collision Center got me in and finished the car. Angie, the head person I talked and dealt with, was very friendly and apologetic for the damage that was on my car. When I got my car back, which only took a day to finish, was back to brand new quality and you could not see any of the previous damage caused by the other Withams service area.

They provided good service, kept me informed and dealt with the insurance for me. Overall it was a painless experience.
