Fantastic service all around! Also the cheapest prices in town! Just got new tires, brakes, and an oil change from then and they had that all done in only a few hours! Incredibly surprised how fast they were! Mark and his team are fantastic! Mark himself was incredible with his customer service! Real friendly and had a great sense of dry humor! He generously saved me almost $500 with discounts and didnt try to upsell me on anything! He was also very informative when it came to choosing my new tires! Definitely will come here again and cant recommend this place enough!

The manager was outgoing and friendly - didnt try to up-sell. In fact, he saved me money by letting me know all I needed was a patch, not a whole new tire. The guy in the shop, Jason, did worked quickly and was a nice guy as well. Ill definitely be coming back for both my vehicles. Way better than the auto center that starts with a D and rhymes with robs.

NOBODY would take my old spare tire and wheel to recycle it. Took it by here and they took it no problem. They also were able to take some old gas from a lawn mower. Will do business again here soon. Mark K will take care of you.

A few Fridays ago, I went for a basic tire rotation and an oil change. I get home and notice they only rotated the tires on one side. So Monday I go back to have the other tires rotated. That night I get a call from a friend saying that I left an oil stain on his driveway. I crawl underneath my truck and see oil dripping from the drain plug. So the next day I get to waste another lunch break going back to Autotire letting them know my oil plug was leaking. I wasnt about to let them touch my vehicle again so I took my truck to another shop and was told my drain plug was finger tight. I couldnt believe it, what a joke, Autotire cant even get a simple oil change and tire rotation done correctly. I get a customer survey via email and I responded with pretty much this same post. So, I receive a call from their customer service apologizing and letting me know they will send a service credit in the mail. The credit arrives and its for $20 to use at any Autotire. Oh geez thanks, thats even more of a joke. It cost me $100 and wasted time for a simple service that wasnt done correctly and your going to give me a credit that can only be used at your stores. You really think I would bring my vehicle back to have any type of work done when you cant even rotate my tires and change my oil.

This was a miserable automotive shop visit, wish I had gone somewhere else. The guys were the opposite of friendly. When I ask for you to save the two best tires so I can take them with me and there are four being replaced, with two that pass tread depth standards and two that do not, I think it is obvious which two I want back!?CORRECTION - the check engine light issue reported previously looks like it was unrelated to this shop visit.Please respond to the detailed customer feedback form I submitted to show you really our concerned about how customers are being treated at your facility. I took the time to fill it out and expect a follow up. Also you need to fix the sign on your door that has the customer feed back contact phone numbers blocked out on it.

Dennis is very accommodating - Im usually running late and if I call asking for paperwork to be done ahead so all I have to do is sign it is done when I arrive (so my ride isnt waiting). I get our vehicles maintained on a regular basis and am satisfied with the service every time!

Wow! I walked into Auto Tire this morning (before they were technically open!) hoping to get my tire patched and put back on my car as soon as possible so I could make it to work this morning. I had already been to Walmart but they couldnt fix it because it was a staple and their patches were too small to cover both holes. My next step would be to rent a car because I had to get to work today and I drive too far for my temporary tire to get me to work and home safely. Mark and his team (and their larger patches!) got me back on the road in no time! Above and beyond the call of duty, for sure! Amazing customer service when I really needed it and I could not be happier! Thank you all for the superb experience!

Wonderful shop. Came in for an oil leak and the technicians caught a few other issues, which included one that could have potentially caused an accident. As someone who knows little about cars I was very thankful that each issue was explained and advice was given on which to fix first. Both John and Jason did a great job on my car and I am especially thankful to Dennis who patiently explained what was going on and even helped budget some of it out. Over all an amazing experience!

My brand new tire going flat!!

Mark from Auto Tire in Waterloo Illinois is the ONLY mechanic I will ever go to. Auto Tire has many locations. I had always gone to Waterloo but when I took a job in Sunset Hills, there was an Auto Tire right next door to my office. This was convenient. The first time I paid considerably more for my oil change than normal but I thought maybe it was a rate increase. The second time, the manager, Guy, called me to tell me that they couId not find my locking lug nut key. I told him they rotated the tires last so they must have lost it because they had done the work last. He immediately blamed it on his other shop in Waterloo that I had been to in the past. I was infuriated that he would not apologize or accept blame. I ended by having to leave work to go buy new lug nuts and then have my locking lug nuts drilled out and removed by the Dealership where I bought my car. This cost me out of pocket...I had to argue with Guy to get them to agree to reimburse me. He also gave me a report on my car that said my tires were at a 4, a 6 and 2 were 5s - I needed new tires. I also needed a special battery that they would have to order and that my rear brakes were at a 4 and my front at a 6 and I would at the very least need new rear brakes and an alignment. I told him to wait...to which he replied, well you only have one day till our sale is over!That was a month or so ago. Today I went to see Mark in the Waterloo store. Not only do I NOT need tires, I do NOT have special battery - they had 2 in stock and he doubted seriously that my rear brakes were more worn out than my front ones. I was ready to pay Guy in Sunset Hills over a $1000 in repairs. Mark laughed and said I had been bamboozled basically. Mark is the most honest and up front mechanic I have ever dealt with. He never tries to get one past me. Never takes advantage of me. And is always happy, pleasant and I actually enjoy taking my car in for him to work on. GO SEE MARK AT THE WATERLOO AUTO TIRE IF YOU WANT A REAL AND HONEST MECHANIC. Thank you Mark! I would give you 10 stars if I could. As for Guy, at Sunset Hills Auto Tire...you should be fired. Great customer service by all team members! I ended up with a bolt in my tire on a Friday evening at 5pm. The next morning I was going on a road trip to Tennessee. Long story short, my car is AWD and all 4 tires needed to be replaced. After multiple calls around my hometown in the St. Louis area, nobody had the 4 tires in stock that I needed because they were special order tires. I called Mark at this location and he was extremely accommodating! Not only did he have all 4 tires in stock at an unbeatable price, but I got there 20minutes until close and his whole team stayed about 15 minutes late and ensured the job was done fast and efficiently! Very friendly and welcoming. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I came in and got 4 new tires. Cost me just under $500. I originally told them the wrong tire size by accident. They caught this before installing the tires and the sales rep called me to let me know this. He gave me 2 options since the tires I needed were smaller than what I was quoted. One matched the current price I was ok with and the other was for slightly cheaper tires that match the quality I was expecting. I went with the cheaper tires but these things are still great tires.They also said my calipers seemed to be sticking a bit and they were right. They didnt have to tell me this but they did. Great customer service.

All they want is 100 percent profits selling foriegn tires and decieved me that they are better than what I have and wouldnt back a one that had a side wall blow out while I was driving on it, Ive lucky to be alive tires are less than 6 months old and Im a safe driver avoid them theyll decieve you !

Mark is very nice and I love the service I receive at this store.

I took my 4runner here because it was shaking at highway speeds, and they told me I needed a new rear differential. They gave me an estimate of over $4000. I had a Toyota dealership look at it and they replaced the $50 u-joint and now its perfect!! If you HAVE to use Autotire, make sure they dont mark up prices like they tried to do to me. They wanted $2000 for the new differential when the Toyota dealership was asking about $1600. Theyre getting enough profit from their high labor fees, they dont need more profit from marking up prices like that.

I came to autotire for my first visit expecting it to be GREAT. All of my friends and family go to autotire for all their tire needs but I was very disappointed. Im a young woman and frankly, I dont know much about cars. While I was there I asked a few questions to the manager (Mark) about tires/oil/etc. . . And he literally laughed in my face out loud. 😒 I personally wont go back there, this manager wasnt helpful and made me feel like an idiot.

Every time I go in it takes all day to fix my car. Even if I have made an appointment. When I ask for the status of vehicle they optimistically tell me 30 min. When I call back 30 min later itll be another 25 min. It took 5 hours to replace 2 belts. It took 9 hours to install rear shims. It took 8 hours to get new tires and replace an exhaust clamp. Bottom line dont have anything planned for the day when you bring your vehicle in, bc your not gonna make it
