If I could put zero stars i would. The service was horrible. They tried to pack in to many appointments so I waited an hour for mine. And then I decided I wasnt giving them my money and left before I even got into see the doctor. Also, one chubby white haired lady was extremely rude to pretty much everyone!! Will NOT be going back! This is a crazy world people, but there is no need for verbal brutality, the sample glass can be cleaned!

Disappointed with the quality & warranty. Ill never buy another pair of prescription glasses here again. I wasnt able to make it in before the 1 year warranty ended by 1 month so they refused to honor it.

Seriously dont even waste your time. The people working here have no organization. They threw away my information over 3 times and wasted my time and gas money. Seriously, really pathetic.

The staff here has always been super nice and helpful. When ordering contacts or glasses, they always help me get the best deal out of my insurance offerings.

Jeanette has the worst customer service skills I have ever dealt with over the phone. Literally hung up the phone rather than continue to deal with her. I don’t expect everyone to be bright and full of sunshine, but she was abrasive and flat out rude.
