If I could rate a 0 I would.... most disrespectful i have ever come across nobody is ever available to answers phones so someone takes calls and number for call back but nobody ever calls back with someone who is dependent on oxygen and feeding supplies you would think that they would either send out supplies every month without calling or answer the phone and they cant seem to do either

Although only with phone contact, the agents have been most helpful and courteous.

Always quick and responsive to my questions or needs.

To work in the office is absolutely horrible. The office manager is rude and she talks about the staff members to each other and tells personal information about them to another person. She SUCKS as a manager. The atmosphere of the day depends on HER mood. She is a nasty, nasty, nasty person. Lincare pays well but I’m thankful I’m out of a toxic work environment. She’s an old lady and needs to retire.
