I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was a kid and finally bought a 2017 4 door this year! I knew I wanted to modify the jeep with rims tires, the works and I spent months researching the right shop to bring it to and I absolutely could not have found a better place! Their website gave me all the information I needed and didn’t leave me asking any question except “when can i come in?”. They are responsive, friendly and professional. I barely ever had a question about things because they laid out the process and all my options so clearly. My build took a few days less than expected which was great but they also kept me updated each day they had my jeep. Since then I have been back for routine work and again, it was done in have the time and they were able to get me in right away and kept me updated with everything they were doing! I will be taking my jeep there (and any future jeep I own) for as long as they’ll take me! I highly recommend anyone who owns a Jeep and wants to have quality work done by a reliable group of professionals, use Boston Jeepz!

I had an issue with the readiness of some emissions sensors on my Jeep this week. I e-mailed Boston Jeepz and they took the time to make some suggestions on how to fix the issue (in my situation I needed to get some extended highway miles for the sensors to reset). They followed-up two days later with a quick systems scan and the issue was resolved. Great service! I highly recommend

Love David and his companys work. While most everything they do at Boston Jeepz is done at a premium, each project they take on is focused on the long term and their work speaks for itself. After having them install their custom lift, I went back and had them do a custom front bumper / winch install and lighting upgrades. I now use them for all my maintenance as well and thats saying something since Im ~45 minutes away, passing plenty of other shops I could use every time I go back to them. In my view, their work is second to none and their feedback is always honest and direct. Highly recommend!

David has truly been the most professional and trustworthy technician I have ever dealt with. I have been a happy customer for over six years and have always been in great hands. He has always provided a thorough and complete review and alleviated any problem I’ve had with my Jeep. I have temporarily moved out of the Boston area and am truly jealous and disappointed I can’t work with him in the interim. Jeep owners of Boston are in great hands. Would give him six stars if I could.

The name says it all. If you are looking for trusted and transparent service or customization for your Jeep in the Northeast this is the only place to go. Beyond having an incredible wealth of Jeep knowledge, David is the consummate professional. He and his team have provided top notch service and alterations for my two Jeeps over the last decade and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Expect the best when you go to Boston Jeepz and they wont disappoint.

I brought my newly purchased used Jeep here for an oil change, and also, more importantly, for a comprehensive evaluation/”whole health” inspection. David knows Jeeps backwards and forwards and gave me a beyond-comprehensive run-down of the current state of my vehicle (photos included) and what I could expect in the future relative to maintenance to get the most out of my Jeep. A really impressive operation.

Stay CLEAR, this place doesnt want to do work on MOST Jeeps out there. I called Boston Jeepz on a Wednesday morning before 9am. I needed a new pair of headlights put in on my 1999 Cherokee this takes ~15min from start to finish on most Jeeps and vehicles. I asked over the phone if they would be willing to install the headlights if I brought new ones in, the man over the phone replied We dont work on anything older then the year 2000. I was in complete shock to hear this, Any well sorted mechanic would know how to work on the most common cars on the road today! This is a HUGE problem, why would you intentionally not put this on your website? I asked to speak with someone else over the phone. Dave answered and informed me that was only sometimes and they would be willing to turn some wrenches on the trusty, well maintained Jeep. This is the icing on the Cherokee cake, he reluctantly asked if I was free to come into the shop in two weeks, YEAH RIGHT! Wait two weeks to have headlights installed by someone who doesnt even want to do it? I smelled something fishy. Do you mean to tell me if I said I had an 01 Cherokee, they would work on it with no problem? Jeep guys are supposed to stick together but save your time, money and Jeep from the insane thought process David and Chris have to offer over at Boston Jeepz. If you have the time check out the owners edited response to my honest review on yelp, It is a real laugh!

I have been taking my wrangler to Dave at Boston Jeepz for a few years now and I have always been amazed by Daves knowledge! He is really good at what he does and he is also really kind! He has helped me so many times with both big and small issues that have come up. He doesnt try to over sell you stuff like most people in the vehicle industry, he gives you a range of options based off of what he sees. Now I am looking to buy a new jeep and Dave has also helped me through this process by answering any questions I have, he is so helpful! If you bring your jeep here, you are definitely in good hands!

I took my Wrangler to Dave several times and he always did great work for a crazy good price. Sadly I had to give up the Wrangler but was psyched to find he would work on my Nissan Murano as well. I recently brought it in needing all sorts of front end work and the brakes replaced and still the cost was ridiculously reasonable.Dave is a really smart guy, and seems to enjoy talking to you about whats actually going on with your car and what needs to be done. I believe he has a strong background in engineering and it shows.Cant recommend enough.

By far the best service I’ve ever received! Not only are these guys specialists they are very thorough and ETHICAL. Any time I bring my Jeep in not only do they educate me and thoroughly explain what’s going on they won’t do work that isn’t necessary. I brought my Wrangler in thinking I neeeded new breaks today and was informed that nothing was wrong. I was told it would be morally and ethically wrong for them to do any work on my Jeep and explained what I was hearing and what to listen for in the future for break issues. While their location isn’t the most convenient to my home it is 100% worth it for me to take it to them. I’ve had my Jeep for almost 2 years and I only bring it to them when I have concerns.

Boston Jeepz is a very professional and straightforward specialized shop. They know the Jeep brand in and out as well as back and forth. They go above and beyond your standard service shop or repair garage. The guys here are friendly, to the point, and informative while maintaining the jeeps that have the pleasure to make it into their shop. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation as I didn’t have a lift to do it myself and the guys found some things from a previous wheeling trip and gave me all the info about what can happen if I continue to drive with the damage as well as offered me the earliest appointment they could to get it resolved. They also talked to me about how I can be proactive in maintaining my Jeep going even further than preventative saying it is highly recommended if I plan to keep the Jeep for a while. They said this to me in a way that was not a sales pitch and more so from the point of they will care for your Jeep as much as you do and more if you ask them. End of the day Boston Jeepz is much more than your average service shop, and not much short of a day spa for your Jeep where they know what to look for, where to find it, and how to fix it.

We bought a new jeep wrangler about a year ago and were looking for a service place near our home. these guys seem to really know their product, they gave us the option of how we wanted to maintain our jeep - just basics, or be proactive and preventative. they are no nonsense. honestly, i was used to a little higher automotive service place but id much rather have a straight forward approach with good service on my vehicle than waiting on several desks at a dealership, bad coffee, a tv and massage chair.

Had both headlights replaced on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee as they were fogged and cloudy and night driver was almost impossible. Jeepz ordered the parts and installed them in about 20 minutes for less than half the cost of what the dealer quoted. I would highly recommend.

I took my 2006 Jeep grand cherokee to David at Boston Jeepz and he quickly performed a diagnostic check for a Service 4WD System light. Scheduled an appointment for next week to have the issue solved. I learned a great deal about the vehicles specifics and he wasnt hesitant to let me look on and learn, unlike many other places that like to keep things secrets. I will certainly go back for any issues I have with this vehicle. Unlike other area Jeep dealers, David knows what hes talking about and knows how to fix it, quickly. Also, he is reasonable about the pricing too, and is looking to gain long term loyal customers, rather than gouge people to make a quick buck.

Wow. Just Wow. Absurdly amazing is right. Boston Jeepz - as good as it gets. If you have a jeep, go here. And go here first. David, Drew, Tara, Tom - everybody I worked with was TOP NOTCH. RESULT - my $3k jeep off craigslist now drives like a new car. The steering is tight, there are no thunks, clunks or grinding like before, and my mileage has dramatically improved. They turned around the repairs in 2 days flat.Longer version - I brought them my 2003 Grand Cherokee (WJ) that I bought off craigslist a week before. Unfortunately I first took it to another place - a place I trust and have been going to for years - and put almost 1500 into getting the jeep working. And it still wobbled, clunked, and wheezed. After finding the reviews for Boston Jeepz, I knew I needed their expertise. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. David called a few hours after I dropped off my jeep with an extensive list of issues. More importantly, he helped me to prioritize which problems were serious safety issues, which would be smart to fix, and which I shouldnt worry about. David actually convinced me NOT to do some of the work I wanted. My highlight - one of the rear axle bearings I had replaced days before had already busted. This is the magic of Boston Jeepz - they know Jeeps. My previous mechanic was good, but he hadnt worked on jeeps before, and didnt know one of the tricks about replacing an axle bearing. When I stopped in to leave a deposit, Drew showed me the axle, explained the cause of the issue in detail, and answered even more questions.Believe the hype - these guys are for real. Id like to share a few points:Your mechanic - doesnt know jeeps like these guys do. A jeep is kind of like a dysfunctional relationship that works. Its different than other cars, and needs specific care. Buying used / cheap replacement parts isnt a good idea for certain components. The team at boston jeepz will tell you straight when you need to go Mopar (original manufacturer) and when you can save. Your mechanic will go mostly autozone, which is a bad idea. You didnt buy a jeep because it topped the conusmer reports reliability test - you bought it because jeeps are cool. To get the most fun out of your ride, listen to these guys.I am so grateful to the Boston Jeepz team for the daily enjoyment I get out of my new (to me) Jeep. It is not an exaggeration to say that without them, Id be broken down on the side of the road.
