He knew we NEEDED 1 today so he called one of the other stores and had it reserved for me and the other 2 that weren’t a necessity today were ordered for pick up in two days. I am glad that everyone had a wonderful experience. I did not. First, they over charged me. The mattress was 999.99. I did not want the box springs. He said 100 off. I ended up paying 1100!! Secondly, I hear ol Kevins advertisement on the radio - no waiting, we have plenty in stock. Oh, except the one I purchased! That will be delivered right to your door by next Tuesday. Yeah, that didnt happen. Finally, when I called to see what was going on, oh, Joe wasnt at the Arsenal Street store. He was in Evans Mills. Call Evans Mills - no answer, so no Joe. I still dont have my mattress!

Went in on a Sunday. Very friendly staff. Patient with us & answered all our questions to where they made sense. Very pleasurable experience :) Tony (Staff) was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. Large selection of mattress/box springs etc of course due to the fact that this is what they specialize in. The sell accessories, one of which is a massage/adjustable bed component, which is very soothing.

My experience at Mattress Express was one of the best I have had Anywhere. I was looking for a bed, I knew what I wanted, sort of speak 😂and Anthony (Salesman) helped me out a lot. He was Very Patient, knowledgeable,Kind, and Respectful. He was Very patience as I was there for almost 2hrs going back and forth between the 3 beds I was trying to choose from. I recently needed a new bed and didnt have very much time to shop for the perfect mattress. After checking out a few other locations I was referred to Mattress Express. I went there and spoke with Anthony. Within a matter of minutes I was presented with 3 mattress options, all on an adjustable base with massage. All 3 options were in my price range, not the few hundred over I was offered on a just a single option at other sellers. Furthermore all of the options I was shown were available then and there. The best the others could do was delivery only, at a date of their choosing, in about a week or so... I work 6 days a week so I would not be able to take a delivery and they cant store the mattress because the are just showrooms with no actual inventory. Anthony was very helpful and made sure I got the bed I was looking for, at the price I could afford. He also took the time to explain the particulars of the financing option he was able to get me and even went so far as to personally help me load my new bed on my vehicle.If youre in the market for the right bed, at the right price, right now then I highly recommend seeing Anthony at Mattress Express in Watertown.

Found this store online... went 1st time to find the “perfect bed” for my husband and I..... salesman and manager were very knowledgeable and personable.Inventory was plentiful and accessories for a “forever” bed were amazing!Wasn’t quite ready for purchase yet, but a year later, the itch came back to finding us the “forever” bed.My husband and I visited the store and come to find out, the same salesman from last visit was working. We introduced ourselves and picked up where we were a year ago with finding the “forever” bed for us.After “test driving” a couple of beds, we decided on the bed of our dreams... including vibration, elevation and various accessories then proceeded to the close out of our sale.This company has many financing options and salesman / manger were efficient and friendly.Highly recommend this establishment for the bed of your dreams!

August 2019 ...My husband and I were in need of a new mattress .. It was clear once I walked in that our salesman Joe did not want to just sell us a mattress, he genuinely wanted us to have restful, relaxing sleep on a comfortable mattress of our choice. Joe did a great job of showing us all the different types of mattresses and did a great job of explaining the differences and specifications of each one. The way I look at it is most people will ultimately end up spending approximately 33% of their life in bed, so why sleep on a slab of recycled foam cups?These are the lowest prices you will find while still receiving a warranty and quality service. I would definitely recommend them over any of the other furniture/mattress distributors in the Area.

Very shady business. Make sure you watch them every step of the sale. They will definitely lie to you to get a sale. Was told Id been approved for $1250 in financing. Sale was all done by salesman on the computer away from my view. Ended up being a rent to own sale where I pay over $2000 for a $900 sale. Beware.

Eric R at the Erie Blvd location is AWESOME! Id been having neck problems for a few years. Several months ago I decided to buy a new mattress but had NO CLUE what I wanted let alone what I needed. I shopped at a few different places hoping to find someone who could help. Out of all the places I went most people were pleasant enough but no one was knowledgeable enough to make me feel comfortable pulling the trigger on such a large purchase. So, about 2 months ago I wandered into the Erie Blvd location not feeling too hopeful. I am SOOO Glad that I did! Eric listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and was extremely pleasant. Turns out that Mattress Express has a line of mattresses that are clinically proven to help people with spinal problems (why they dont advertise them I have NO IDEA). I ended up buying one with an adjustable base. The price was the lowest Id been quoted anywhere and has the best warranty. It was delivered the same week I purchased it and for the first time in years I woke up with no neck pain. Ive been waiting for the pain to come back but two months later Im still waking up feeling great! Thank you Eric for all your patience! Your knowledge literally changed my life!

I must say, the staff at Mattress Express have by far exceed the expectations needed to uphold superb customer service. They have WAY awesome prices and the staff, delivery, and furniture were and still are wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

Are you kidding me! The prices are insane. To listen to his commercials youd think they were giving them away. Cost 20% of what I paid for my first house. Lots of bait and switch in going on. But Im sure if you had nothing better to do with your money theyre probably a good mattress.

I purchased a king sized mattress from here in May of 2015. Everything was fine until about 2017. I noticed that my mattress kept sinking in on the top and tearing . I know that mattresses dont last forever, but after only 2 years of having this mattress, there is no way that it should be having these extreme wear and tear problems. The mattress seemed to be very sturdy when I first bought it. I even tried it out in the store and loved it. I was not able to come back to complain about the mattress because I ended up moving to Germany on a military PCS move so I was already in Germany by the time the problems with my mattress started to occur. Mattresses are not cheap and its not right that customers like myself cant get their moneys worth after a couple of years of sleeping on one that lacks quality.

Pay cash or Pay off the lease within 3 month (must call credit company to make the extra payment). They will not pull 3 equal payments so that it is payed within the 3 month window. You will pay twice the price for the items that you are purchasing if you pay over the 12 month least period. Dont make the same mistake that we did!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Can not believe we bought anything from here. They scam you out of your warranty stating that its only one year warranty from when they received it in their store. I called about shipping our replacement pieces that they told us we would not have to pay shipping for. Jon the GM, who should not be in charge of anything, told us we arent Walmart you cant call and complain and get whatever you want. I asked to speak to the owner and he never got in contact with me. I called today after we received our replacement pieces that WE PAID SHIPPING FOR, because our pieces came all bent and chipped. The woman I spoke to said she would see what she could do. She called them and Jon said he offered us FREE shipping which is a complete lie. We have emails stating we were liable for any shipping and he never offered. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I recently went to the Watertown location to purchase on mattress for my daughters new bunk bed. She picked out a mattress and a pillow, we paid in full and had the delivery set for the following Saturday.We made it clear to the salesman that we were hosting a sleep over with her friends on Sunday and if we couldnt get the mattress by Sunday we would need to explore other options. The salesman assured us the Saturday delivery would be between 12pm and 6pm. Today at 5pm I hadnt heard anything from the delivery driver who was supposed to call ahead of time. I called the store and was told that I was never put in the system for a delivery. The prices arent bad but maybe they should be raised a little more to invest in some reliable employees.

I had a great experience with Amanda at the Syracuse store she was very nice and very knowledgeable. I really love the hybrid mattress she recommended to me with the adjustable base and to top it off they have the best prices in town!
